This luxury chalet with the cosiest appearance possible is the result of the rehabilitation of an old farmhouse with a typically Savoyard architecture undertaken in 2018. A renovation that leaves behind the discovery of a correspondence of more than 2,000 letters, a story of 4 brothers from La Clusaz, all of whom went to the front during the Great War. Its ideal location, both off-centrewhile remaining relatively close to the village shops, offers an unparalleled view of the Aravis mountain range and the Balme massif. The full south exposure of this atypical property naturally invites contemplation of its surrounding nature.



Located halfway between the village of La Clusaz and the Confins valley (3km from the slopes and the village), this chalet, resulting from a subtle blend of tradition and modernism, is a true haven of peace, ideal for recharging one's batteries with family or friends.



The chalet is composed of two separate apartments that can be rented together or each in an independent manner.



The Cocoon of the Confines is composed as follows:

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 4 toilet paper rolls/wc...) are included in the service as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed type travel cot and a high chair upon request.
