Absolutely incredible house.Had a family trip here with extended family members... so much space to hang out. Kids were so happy. Pet friendly.Made so many memories. We did tubing at Camelback, UTV rides at Pocono Adventure, shop at Pocono Outlets, and gambled at Mt Airy Casino. Hot tub was so relaxing. Huge driveway to park. Easy to get to. Check-in was easy. Hosts responded quickly always.Would love to come back again!!!

Everything was excellent and a goid time was had by all. Only suggestion, better lighting in kitchen and dining room for us old folk.

We loved this house and it was nice each couple could spread out to their own floor with their own bathroom. We enjoyed the fireplace and watching TV at night. The big and tall windows allowed us to watch the deer walking by, which was exciting to see. We also liked the location close to Big Boulder and a few really nice restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a very much needed get away.

Truly phenomenal. Words cannot express how lovely our stay at the chalet was. The home was spacious and filled with genuine care from the hosts in every corner. Beds and linens were top quality, ample towels available for showering, dips in the hot tub (the sugar on the top of this trip), and wet feet from the snow. Internet and appliances were modern and easy to use. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook for a large group in. Bathrooms were very clean and stocked with toilet paper, toiletries, and towels/rugs. Multiple areas to gather and enjoy each other’s company, good for plus sized guests with strong furniture. We loved our trip here and would HIGHLY recommend this listing and host. We look forward to making another trip back!

Amenities were great but the hot tub breaker would trip when we tried to use the jets. Also the man door to the garage latch wasn’t working properly so the door would open on its own,minor things you probably would want to know about.

Great location with all the amenities.

Host responded to all of our questions quickly leading up to our stay. All directions to everything in the home were detailed and laid out both beforehand and at the time of the visit. Everything was within working order and there were plenty of extras on hand. We had a great time cooking, singing, hanging in the hot tub and playing all of the various games around the home. We'd love to stay here again, i loved it! Very roomy and lots of places to not only hang but to have privacy if wanted. Close Jack frost and near many bars/restaurants.

This was perfect for us. We fly in from 3 states and loved the beauty of the Chalet. The host left clear instructions so you didn’t have to guess. They also left a list of restaurants in the area and the local grocery. The property was great and we were visited by many deer -which ment so much on Christmas for our granddaughter. I would highly recommend this home to everyone

House had a great setup for families with kids, and providing sheets, towels, and paper products was greatly appreciated. TVs, pool, ping pong, darts, and spa were a lot of fun !

This home was clean, had small extras such as soap and shampoo to complement the many useful amenities, was located in a beautiful commumity, and was spacious and comfortable.

The house was absolutely beautiful and Charlie and Gloria were fantastic hosts! They answered all of my questions very promptly - usually within 15 minutes and while I did not get to talk to them in person, they seemed super friendly. The house was clean and well stocked with more than enough room to accommodate several more than just the 6 of us.I reserved the house for the weekend with a group of old friends who only wanted to drink some beer, watch some football, listen to some music, play some pool and hang by the campfire and tell old stories (for the thousandth time!)MISSION (easily) ACCOMPLISHED!!We are most likely going to make this a yearly event and we hope that Charlie and Gloria will allow us to use their gorgeous home for years to come!

It was a great house for a large group. Everything was easy from start to end.

The residence and the surrounding area was incredible. The host was easy to communicate with. The house was immaculate and has lots of room for the kids to play. 65” UHD tv to watch the games or a family movie night. we talked the whole way home about coming back it was a great time.

The property is great. Bedrooms are nice. Theres plenty to do right there at the house. Located very close to the lake.

The home was absolutely beautiful and accomodated our family of 8 very comfortably. The deer visited every morning. The fire pit and hot tub was relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. The owner responded quickly to questions and was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!!!

We had an awesome Columbus Day weekend in your home ! We had our entire family , 8 adults and 4 small children. There was plenty of room and more than enough to do at the house and surrounding area. We will consider booking again in the future.

The property, parking, rooms, were all fabulous. The only constructive feedback I have is that the hot tub jets kept cutting off after a few minutes. If you turn it down to 90 degrees they stay on, but at 100 it goes into power mode. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels and fun things to do like the foosball table and the pool table.

We had a nice relaxing stay for 5 nights. Plenty of room for 9 people and a dog!

We absolutely love the property, it was so charming and warm! Only thing we notice was some outlets in the kitchen were non-functioning and just quite a few spider webs (I know it’s hard to maintain the webs.) but other than that it was a great stay

We had a lovely stay at your home! The amenities were exactly as described! You literally just needed to bring your clothes and food. The little ones loved the bunks! Adults loved the pool table and ping pong table! The movie choices were good for the little ones! The adults loved the outdoor space. Our fires were great, smores are always a hit when we vacation! This will be one vacation to go in the record books!!! Thanks

The community spaces were wonderful, and the windows were great. The deck was nice. The only thing was that the house seemed like it needed a deep clean. The countertops and bedrooms were clean, but there was some hair in the bathroom, cob-webs by windows and corners around the house, and the floor needs to be washed. Walking around with bare feet inside the house turned a few of our feet dark.

I was extremely disappointed. The beds throughout the house were extremely uncomfortable. We had to go out and purchase three air mattresses because my granddaughters could not sleep on the bunk beds because the springs were coming through. Most of us just slept on the sofas throughout the house. My sun in law had to replace the bulb in the 3rd floor queen bedroom fixture as well as he went out and purchased WD40 for the upstairs bathroom door. I had to clean the floors on the second level because my grandson was walking around with no shoes and his feet were black. Had to call for the maintenance man to fix the second floor toilet seat because it would shift when you sat down as well as theBrackets on the refrigerator door. When you opened theRefrigerator anything on the door would fall down. WhenWe tried to fix the brackets we noticed that they were taped on.I feel that the house could use updating. The owner wasVery easy to deal with and always responded immediately to my emails. It was in a good location not Far from activities.

I’ve booked this 5 br house for our family retreat. I was her bit confused by the photographs and thought that this was the lakefront property. However it turned out to be about 10 minutes walk from the lake shore. Nevertheless we’ve enjoyed staying in this house that is nested inside the quest forest with deers roaming around. Access to the lake is rather easy, either two minutes by car or 10 minutes walk. The area is pretty nice, with quite a few restaurants, groceries and a lot of interesting activities to engage in. The property itself is clean, the only problem we had is the air conditioner that was on all the time and made the interior very cold. We could not turn it off because it would make it very hot on the upper floor. Finally I have managed to adjust the vents so it was more tolerable. This is a minor thing, otherwise we’ve enjoyed staying there very much. There is a pool table, table tennis table, fire pit, grill, and all the other things that you need for a short vacation.

Everything was very nice,property owners were very nice and responded in a timely matter.Will definitely return again.

Spacious house to accommodate 10 people comfortably. We enjoyed playing pool & ping pong, sitting by the camp fire seeing the deer around the woods. Beach area was a bit smaller than expected. Overall the house provided exactly what we needed to celebrate a 70th birthday weekend.

I stayed for a weekend with four friends for a 50th high school reunion of sorts. The house has everything to keep a group busy (pool, ping pong, foosball), but our group of ladies were a little low key —enjoying the hot tub, living spaces and evening campfires. The house is well appointed. I will say that the bunk beds are probably not suitable for mature adults.

Great time in a great house!

The property was well maintained and all instructions were very clear. The supplies provided for the kitchen and bathrooms were so nice! TV's were great and recreation equipment was pristine!

We had so much fun just hanging out in the living room. The house was so big and gave everyone opportunities to be together or even have their own time.

Quiet, comfortable stay! Some spiders inside but Lots of deer outside. Local restaurants were open and tasty. Nick’s restaurant bar was fun with great bar tender.

Enjoyed staying in this lake house, accommodated 8 people comfortably. Enjoyed the fire pit, pool table ping pong ,darts and foosball table. Plenty to do in area. Very responsive host. Would recommend.

The house was exactly as described! Everything was up to our standards. Plenty of room for our group of friends to hang out and have a good time especially when we had an unexpected snowstorm that kept us indoors!

The house is very nice, it was large enough for our group of 11 people and 2 dogs. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The pool table was a plus. My only complaint about the house is the mattress in the bedroom off the kitchen, it was very uncomfortable, my husband slept on the sofa all weekend. We had a good time and we would go back again.

House was beautiful and huge, it really gave us a cabin feel! We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning.

Lovely home, perfect for family get-together. Plenty of room for privacy as well as room to join together to play pool, foosball, board games, etc. Close to mountain for skiing & tubing. Fun weekend!

We had 12 adults to stay a weekend in January. great location to the ski resorts, and lots of space to do things at the house.

The house was very nice. The pool table, hot tub and ping pong table gave the non-skiers something to do while the others were on the slopes.

This beautiful lake house located in Lake Harmony was just the right size to enjoy our family gathering. We were able to go to Split Rock Resort for the indoor water park.

We loved the location -- hiking a short way down to the lake and proximity to restaurants. The house has three spacious levels, providing us our private spaces as well as together space. We enjoyed the pool table, ping-pong, and foos ball. Great fun. We were there when a sizable snow storm blew in -- and it was beautiful! Thankfully, Charlie and Gloria made sure the driveway was plowed out by morning. All in all, it was a terrific place for our family getogether. Highly recommended!

Clean house,a lot of fun. Would go again! The downside,wanted a bonfire and there were signs all over prohibiting it, found out the notices were misleading., they were allowed. One room was a little loud.

Great Weekend with college friends (3 couples). Place was a great setting for reconnecting with friends with wonderful scenery and plenty of activities to enjoy. Great hiking options in close proximity to resort and good dining venues nearby.

Beautiful Chalet with plenty of space. Has lots of games, ping pong, pool and fuseball! More cotton bath towels would have been helpful.

Everything was as expected

We had a great time in the house, listing was accurate and it was close to everything we had planned to do for the weekend.

Two nights Fri-Sun, great chance to gather and reconnect. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Plenty of room for our group of 8-10. It felt like home. We love the location, we enjoyed kayaking on Lake Harmony, exploring Jim Thorpe, playing local disc golf and hiking to Hawk Falls. The house was a quiet retreat, never heard any noise from neighbors. We enjoyed watching many deer in the yard. The host was quick to respond with our pre planning questions. Once we were there, easy check in. There was plenty of parking. We all enjoyed foosball and the pool table.

Great House. The property provided us with many activities. Great area to walk and get ice cream. Great location near a tennis court that had outline for pickleball. You will need you own net and paddles. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Nice property. Saw lots of deer and turkeys passing thru. Even saw a bear the 1st morning there.

First, and most importantly, we enjoyed our stay in the chalet. There were 8 of us and the house was big enough to separate, yet when we wanted to be together there was space for that, too. The amenities like the pool table, ping pong table and foosball were high end. We all had as good time using them. Yet, I hate to say it, the chalet wasn't perfect. The beds squeaked (On the main floor one could hear every movement in the bed in the room above), there was a shortage of pillow cases and towels and several attempts to contact the host went unanswered (Though part of the problem seemed to be VRBO not the host). Many options relatively close for things to do in pleasant weather and rainy days, too.

The house was exactly as described. Clean and roomy for a large family gathering and easy access to all the fun things to do in the Poconos.,It was central to my three daughters and their families. We loved it!
