Jazz The Casale del Jazz estate offers an unforgettable idyllic experience far from the chaos and stress of everyday life, where guests can enjoy the saltwater pool in the spring and summer and go horseback riding—arranged through local ranches. The Casale del Jazz, is a place to rest and create, socialize in an unspoiled atmosphere, and live the country life for a while, immersed in art and music, relaxing in the estate’s woods in the summer or by the fireplace in the winter. TheCasale del estate is a private retreat offering relaxation and peace. Children are welcome, provided they adhere to the rules and show good manners to ensure harmonious coexistence with other guests—and, above all, comply with the regulations governing pool use. Other activities include archery, darts, board games, a library, and mud masks. During the summer, you can reserve a tent if the indoor accommodations are fully booked. The small and large tents in the designated camping areas are all equipped with mosquito nets. For an additional fee of 20 euros per tent, we also provide sheets, pillowcases, towels, blankets, and mats. Renting a tent grants access to all common areas, including the saltwater pool, at no extra charge. Accommodations and additional activities at the Casale del Jazz are part of the projects organized by the Bebop Jazz Club Cultural Association for the benefit of its members, who are welcome guests at the Casale and are only required to contribute to shared expenses. To request membership, please send an email via the Bebop Jazz Club Rome website or call us. All initiatives will be communicated to members via the website, mailing list, or social media events. The Tenuta del Casale at Jazz is, of course, gay-friendly and opposes discrimination based on gender, race, ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, disability, age, or sexual orientation. If you are homophobic or a fascist, please look elsewhere.
If you love nature, art, music, literature, theater, flowers, plants, and the animals that are always present on the estate and live with us, this is the right place to immerse yourself in a world that will be your home for the duration of your stay. We are not a hotel, we are not a restaurant, and we are not a farmstay. We are the owners of a farmhouse that welcomes people who share our interests in an atmosphere that is always serene, peaceful, and deeply relaxing. If you’re looking for a resort or something similar, this is certainly not the right place. Service hours are flexible but always available; don’t expect a rigid schedule. Guest dogs are allowed upon request and subject to availability; if confirmed, a daily supplement will be charged. Given the presence of many cats, dogs must always be kept on a leash. If all our rooms are occupied and you share our philosophy—even though we’re not a campground—we’ll offer you one of our tents free of charge so you can experience the estate and its beauty. By joining our association, you’ll pay only a contribution toward expenses of 30 euros per couple (15 per person), which includes the membership fee, allowing you to use all common areas for free: the saltwater pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas, the library, and the tavern equipped with musical instruments for making music. Check-in for tents must be completed before sunset to allow time to set them up and get them ready. We’re located in unspoiled open countryside, next to a forest with a stream, but the estate is fully fenced. If you have a fear of insects or spiders, you might want to choose the guest rooms instead of the annex or the tents. We prefer guests with an artistic spirit and an intellectual profile that fits the setting. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and not to soak up the spirit of the place and share in the camaraderie with other guests, you might want to look elsewhere.
We’re a family-run bed-and-breakfast; we welcome you to our farmhouse located in the Lower Sabina region. Sabina is one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The charm of its medieval villages, its rolling hills, and its picturesque olive groves, combined with the high quality of its local products—first and foremost Sabina DOP olive oil—make it a destination worth discovering, to be explored at a leisurely pace to savor every nuance. Also worth noting is a wide range of lodging options, such as farm stays, B&Bs, and vacation rentals, as well as restaurants and the proximity to Rome, which can be reached by a convenient commuter train that departs every 15 minutes. Jazz ’s farmhouse is an excellent base for visiting the nearby Abbey of Farfa, founded in 560 and nestled in a wonderful medieval village brimming with artisan shops and historic inns. The Farfa Nature Reserve, Lake Turano and Lake Salto, the Devil’s Waterfalls and Mount Ode, the Farfa Gorges, Canneto, and Europe’s oldest olive tree—according to legend, it was planted by the Sabine Numa Pompilius, King of Rome from 715 B.C.
