In the hills above Saint-Irénée, this chalet overlooks the river like watching a show that changes every day.

The view is omnipresent, but without stealing the show from what really matters: a comfortable, well-designed space where you can relax naturally. The beach, music, outdoors, and good restaurants are all nearby. Here, you can enjoy Charlevoix to the fullest, summer and winter alike.

The ground floor faces the landscape.

The living room and dining room share the view of the river, united by a central fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen is designed for enjoyable, hassle-free cooking.

A terrace with a view extends the space outdoors, perfect for meals or end-of-day relaxation. A combined bathroom and laundry room complete this floor.

On the garden level, the atmosphere becomes more relaxed.

There is a family room with a desk area, which also includes a pull-out bed, convenient for accommodating additional guests or children. Two bedrooms are located on this level: one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed. A bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and glass shower completes the floor.

The outdoor spa, directly accessible, blends naturally into your stay, whatever the season.

Guests have access to the entire cottage as well as the outdoor areas, including the terrace, spa, and grounds.

We are available by text message or email for any questions before or during your stay.

We always enjoy to come to the Charlevoix area, this cottage (house) was a very nice place to be, we loved the area where the cottage is, so quiet, even better now the roads are paved...

The property suited us perfectly. Short drives took us to all the destinations we wanted. It was so private and the views were stunning morning through dark with both the sun and moon reflecting on the St. Lawrence River. The identification at the road where the driveway is could be better identified.

Perfect week-end with my husband. You can relax in the spa walk around in the beautiful nature or just listen to some Netflix.

Lovely quiet location, views of the St. Lawrence, clean, bright and spacious living areas. Les Eboulements area is the perfect setting for the Charlevoix experience we wished for. A minor note, the fireplace photo on the website does not depict the wood source, looks like gas on the site. Also beware there are ticks in the surrounding area.
