HOUSE IN THE HEART OF THE ISLAND

We had a wonderful two week stay in this beautiful villa. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. Javier was very helpful to us. Stunning views in a peaceful idyllic location. We would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant stay. Great views from inside, outside and pool.

A fantastic house with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. A really great location for walking and hiking and relaxing, away from the crowds on the coast. Tejeda is idillic and very picturesque and has great restaurants when you don’t want to cook lunch or dinner. (More than we expected for a smaller location) When you do want to cook there is a local spar in the village which has everything you need. Hot tip, if you arrive late on a Sunday when the supermarkets are closed, the airport terminal near to the the car rental has a spar too, so you can stock up of a few basics to keep you going) We stayed in a sunny late March when it was warm enough to sit outside and go in the pool. The house itself is bright, tasteful and modern with some great art on the walls, (to our taste), and creative interior design elements that made it unique. The panoramic window in the lounge/dining room has a spectacular view of the village and allows you to view the change changing light, cloud and weather from the comfort of the sofa. You’ll need a car. Recommend a small or midsize automatic for ease of driving round the mountains. Don’t get a large car as the roads are narrow in some places. If you love hiking and big landscapes, stargazing and/or photography and just want to step down a gear in pace of life for a few days this is the perfect place to be based. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of wildlife and birds to see. Thoroughly recommended…

A stunning location near to an idyllic village.

It was a very nice sejourn for two weeks. The house and the swimming pool are pleasure. The location is very quiet and the landscape is wonderful. Special thanks to the owners for their advises, availability and reactivities. You can go there with your eyes closed!

Everything only for the best in this gorgeous finca in the marvellous valley with an uncompromised view on Roque Nublo AND Roque Bentayga and a swimming pool in the middle of that nature . a high 9.3 from us

The house is in a truly stunning location. The house is well equipped and, despite the chilly February weather, the picture window allowed us to enjoy the vistas from the warm interior. The garden, pool and deck are pleasant places to enjoy the views.

Beautiful modern house, close to the village, but isolated and very quiet. Perfect starting point for several hikes nearby and all other areas within easy reach. Weather-wise on the proper side of the island. Nice and easy communication with the host and quick help with small problems.

You are in the most beautiful region of Gran Canaria. From the terace of the house you are in front of the beautiful little town Tejeda, on the left Roque Nublo, on the right Roque Bentayga. The house is very clean and very well equiped. Thank you Javier and Elisa for you very kind and quick suggestions and tips. We enjoyed our two weeks at the finca.
