Stayed Aug 10, 2025Spacious three bedroom property with excellent outside space and a nice communal area with a pool. Well equipped kitchen, good outdoor furniture, choice of sun/shade terraces. Solarium has excellent views and a generally quiet location. Room for 2 cars on the driveway. On the downside, the listing states “the complex is a 15 minute walk to the beach”…this is just wrong. Even walking at a strong pace, the property is a 30 minute downhill walk to the beach and probably longer for the uphill return. This was a huge disappointment as the stated location was a major factor in choosing the property. The pool area is nice and just a few paces from the back doors of the property. Disappointed that there were no communal sun loungers but it was pleasant enough sunbathing around the pool. The pool water did appear cloudy on certain days and there were clearly dirty areas at the bottom of the pool on the last few days of our trip. There was also a drain blocked underneath one of the pool showers which left a dirty puddle for the whole of our two week stay. Having said all that, I did enjoy the pool area! We had a boiler problem and a couple of lights didn’t work. The boiler issue was rectified extremely quickly although the lights weren’t addressed. We also realised on our last night that the oven didn’t work. Despite the issues, we largely enjoyed our stay and the property.
