Family cottage, edge of the slopes, near the village

We were a group of 7 - 2 mum's, 2 16yr old boys, 2 12yr old girls and a 10 yr old boy. We had a 3 night stay from Thurs night to mon morning and we didn't have a car. Prior to our holiday the communication and reponse was excellent. The chalet was perfect for us, very well equipped and we arranged for the concierge to get our shopping before we arrived, and they put it all away in the kitchen cupboards and fridge at a cost of 100. The chalet was just outside the town, under the beauregard gondola, but walkable, either by road (20 mins) or by ski slopes (10 min), a bit slippery in shoes. We were not able to ski in and out as there wasn't enough snow surrounding the chalet. The chalet had 2 bathrooms and a seperate toilet which was really handy. Both bathrooms had showers which were both really good and powerful and looked as though they were relatively new. The kitchen was slightly on the small side but enough room to cook a meal with a Nespresso machine which was great for me. The sitting area had enough seats for us all and also a dining table. I would highly recommend this chalet. There were a couple of things that could be improved - the basement bedroom which is huge was cold, it was the only bedroom without a seperate heater and we enquired about getting the heating put on for longer but told it was not possible as it was pre programmed.
