Fabulous 3-bedroom chalet in Hidden Valley, PA; walk to the slopes!

We had a fabulous time vacationing at this home. The property was really nice and had great amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to questions we had about the home. The area has much to offer we visited several Frank Lloyd Wright homes in the area, hiked some waterfalls, played a round of golf at the resort and visited some great shops. We only had 4 days but easily could have spent the week here so much to do and the area is so beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Richard's home was so beautiful and filled with all sorts of things to do, not only was the house big, it was also incredibly clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with anything you need for a long weekend. I stayed with my husband and my mom and even though it was a rainy weekend we had a great time playing boardgames and enjoying each other's company. This will definitely be a great memory for us and I highly recommend staying here!

The place was cozy and clean, with comfortable accommodations both inside and out. The host provided very detailed information about the house, which made everything easy to navigate. The kitchen tools, household supplies, and toiletries were a thoughtful touch that really enhanced the stay

Returning guest and I was not disappointed! Such a perfect location and time of year to enjoy the state parks and all the trails! Rooms are so comfortable and all is quiet. The kitchen was perfectly appointed as we cooked all our meals in. The coffee machine and the ability to make espresso made every morning! Fires both inside and the fire pit make for the perfect escape from all. Thank you for making check-in and checkout so easy and sharing your home with us. See you again soon.

The chalet was last lovely. Richard, our host, was very responsive. The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The were many beautiful touches that made it feel homey.

Absolutely wonderful! Very cozy and great communication from the owner. Books, boardgames, and fooseball for entertainment! Great location by the slopes. Will be booking again next year.

Great location, easy communication with host

All was truly perfect from communication, ease of check-in information, bedding and bathrooms (ah, the heated floor!) and the amazingly appointed kitchen complete with espresso/ coffee machine. Location was perfect as well to walk to Hidden Valley Resort slopes, trails, and easy trip to State Parks and Seven Springs.

Our family had a fabulous stay. The beds were comfortable. The downstairs bathroom floors were heated. The dining table was perfect for playing games (which were provided). The reading/music nook was my daughter's favorite part.

Many thanks to our host and family for making this lovely property available. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything my family needed for our winter weekend getaway. We were celebrating a birthday and just wanted family time in front of the fire. The house is in such a beautiful setting, it was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in, cooked, and enjoyed the fire and lovely view of the woods. There is plenty of nearby fun, and we all thought of how we'd like to return in summer to enjoy the outdoors. The vintage foosball table, antique winter sports equipment decor, and sweet library/loft/music room were such nice touches! The beautiful downstairs bathroom with heated floor was certainly a highlight for all of us ;) on this very cold weekend. The thermostats were easy to control and we found ourselves turning the heat down, so although it was between 8 and 10 degrees outside, the house was very warm and comfortable. This is an ideal house and location for winter sports and outdoor fun! I stayed in touch with the host because of the extreme weather, he was very responsive, provide all the information we needed, and was super gracious! Thanks again!
