Stayed Feb 16, 2026This is my 5th or 6th time staying at Whistler with our family. Let me start with the positives of the Cozy Condo: (1) the location and the short walk to the Creekside Gondola and the Creekside Village were a huge positive and (2) the condo has a beautiful view and a very nice deck. Now, onto the negatives: (1) the Cozy condo is very small; (2) the loft was a very tiny space (cannot stand in the loft), and requires climbing a ladder to access it; (3) the owner was not super responsive to communications and requests; (4) the condo requires walking up a lot of stairs to access. Overall, we enjoyed our staff at Whistler. However, for our family of 5, the place was too small, and the loft was not sufficient as an additional room. Also, the lack of responsiveness from the owner should be improved.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Our family of three (all adults: 62, 68 & 20) spent two nights in this cozy condo. It sits above most others in the complex, giving views of the mountain, over the other rooftops. Reaching the front door requires climbimg 85 steps, and for 2 of us, that took some effort with luggage. But the payoff is a huge deck at the top. The unit itself was clean, with a soft bed in the bedroom, and another mattress up in the loft, that requires a climb up a long ladder, but as it was a bit warm up there in July (no AC in most of this province) our daughter chose the sofa sleeper in the main area, which was comfortable, and there were two portable fams available. The complex itself is in a quieter area of Whistler, most of the activity in Whistler seems to be in the north village, a couple minute drive up the road. But even so, there are many restaurants/cafes/bakeries and a grocery store, right across the street, and a busy breakfast restaurant a few minutes walk away. There's a gondola that comes right down to this area--but in the summer, it's only used for.mountain bikers (not sightseers). So if you are in the area for mountain biking, this would be the area and place to stay. Check in was seemless with prompt commmunicatiom from the owner.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We stayed at the Treetop Retreat for a long weekend of biking with friends. Great location, patio and kitchen amenities and very close to lakes. Would definitely book another vacation with Jozephine!

Stayed Feb 23, 2024Had a blast, it's in a very convenient location close to Nita Lake Lodge, and there's lots of restaurants closeby. Check in was a breeze, Jozephina was lovely to communicate with, and we had everything we needed. A lot of stairs to go up, but considering how heavy the wedding meals were, it was welcome in this case. If wearing heels, toss them in a bag and bring them with you.
