Charming fisherman's cottage in the town centre

This pretty little house, built in 1720, is situated in the heart of the village of Saint-Philibert. It can accommodate 4 people.

With the sea at the end of the street, shops just a stone's throw away and beaches 10 minutes by bike, this house decorated with great taste and care is a delight.



Come and discover this fisherman's house, located 50 m from the chapel of Saint Philibert, a house with discreet charm benefiting from an optimal level of comfort, for which youwill have a real love at first sight!



On the ground floor, a warm living room welcomes you with its lounge area, its dining corner and its fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with WC and a small laundry area complete the set.



On the first floor, two comfortable bedrooms with double beds offer a quiet sleeping area. An additional bed can be available for 1 person.



A small courtyard equipped with garden furniture allows you to store bicycles and beach equipment.



Summer or winter, for a weekend or holiday, you will appreciate its charm, comfort and tranquillity.



It will be ideal for a discovery stay in the Gulf of Morbihan.

Good to know:

- Bed linen and household linen provided as standard. The provision includes sheets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.

- Travel cot and high chair available on request (chargeable).

- Pets are not permitted.

- Non-smoking accommodation.

- Parties and other festive gatherings (such as stag dos) are strictly prohibited.

- Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.

- Possibility to park on the street in front of the house.



Important!

- House not accessible for people with reduced mobility or walking difficulties (bedrooms upstairs).

- The staircase must be used with caution by children and must be supervised by parents at all times. It is an open staircase without a handrail, fitted with 2 wall rails (see photos).

Close to the beaches of Saint Philibert, Trinité-sur-Mer and Carnac, water sports activities, tennis courts, sailing school, possibility of hiking or cycling (marked trails), boat trips to Quiberon and cruises on the Gulf or to the offshore islands (Belle-Île, Houat, Hoëdic).

For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is a 20-minute drive away.
