Owner called to greet us and give a lay of the land- appreciated the personal touch as we drove to property. Well equipped, cozy, and saw lots of wildlife out the big windows. We walked down to Icicle Creek Canyon, great opportunity to unwind and relax. We were 4 families scheduled to go, but ended up being only 3. The back room with bunk beds does not have direct access to toilet or shower, have to walk through a bedroom to get to bathroom and kitchen area so that would have been awkward had the 4th family been there. Hot tub was well maintained. Will definitely go back in summer!

Kelly is a great host. We enjoyed our stay at the Icicle chalet. We were traveling with another family and there was plenty of space for all of us. Kelly was quick to respond to any questions or requests. All of the beds were very comfortable, lots of extra blankets and pillows. The kids enjoyed all of the outdoor activities. It’s very close to all of the activities to do around town.

Great stay for our company team building event!

Info regarding the second side of house was not explained in detail. Example the second kitchen was not usable at all. We could only use the main kitchen. The facility was not really clean. Popcorn on the floor under table, party fabirs behind furniture, toothbrush caps under clean towels, and dirt on the floors. Animal hair on furniture and other items. This was our fault since it did say animals were ok and we didn't think about others bringing their animals before. Lesson learned. The place was huge and nice for large families. Alot of cleaning products and household items left under sinks which is not safe for children.

Nice decor, cozy. Good location. Issue with one bathroom not working (had to walk through someone’s bedroom to use toilet on first floor). Breakers kept blowing when we plugged in heater in ADU downstairs bedroom. Only two bedrooms are private, others are loft (noisy) or walk through. Would be okay with one family and lots of kids who don’t need privacy. Well stocked kitchen, nice pillows/blankets. Beds are okay. Lots of thought/care put into this house. Bathroom issue is a deal breaker for us however.

This place has a GREAT location in proximity to town activities ! . we stayed Christmas Dec 2026, hot tub was good , (winter ) we did not use the pool. House was nicely accommodating in all respects . But ,, we traveled in 3 vehicles , basically 3 families , 7 adults, 2 children . parking is very very tight unless there's only ONE vehicle . It's advertised as sleeping 10, which it will easily ,, but it's also advertised as accommodating 5 vehicles ... but only if you stack them back to back to back ,, the driveway is narrow and has a curved entrance climbing back out..you can NOT get off this narrow driveway . If you travel in any type of 4x4 SUV or (truck) for winter weather driving ,, be prepared to stack park if more than one vehicle.. which means you need to move them all out (one by one) if part of your party wants to go to town , etc. ..this gets a little tricky especially after dark .. we easily dealt with it , definitely not the end of having good times for us ,, but the advertising of Great parking was a little misleading (in my opinion) since I purposely looked for this knowing how many vehicles we would have . This may very well be a one-off complaint , only important to me . For us , other than the parking , we had a wonderful time in Leavenworth, even after they had just suffered one of the worst storms in decades. Our host Kelly did his very best to address any needs of the (house) , which we didn't have any.

Host was responsive and the layout of the property is great for families. The ADU side needs some work- water leaking through the floor boards, toaster oven doesn’t work, WiFi is quite slow, no soap/scrub brush for dishes in the ADU, no hair dryer or pans in the ADU, only two hangers available. The hot tub is difficult to access due to lack of outdoor lighting and felt a bit unsafe trying to find the path and the steps in the dark. Outdoor area could also benefit from hooks to keep towels dry.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The home had nice facilities and was very spacious! The backyard was beautiful and we got to see some really nice bucks going across the field!

The host was fantastic! Great communication, and was always to quick respond. The property was beautiful. I would definitley stay here again.

Such an amazing space. It was nice to be close to town but we felt like we were in the woods. Nice and private. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone! We were a house full of woman and we never ran out of hot water. The dining room table had space for us all to eat together and play games! Can wait to come back in warmer months to enjoy more of the outside space and pool!

We had a great time in the Chalet in Leavenworth! It was close to town, had an amazing pool and plenty of space for everyone.

The pool was a big hit with the family. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and helpful.

This was a wonderful stay for our large group! The area is beautiful, the house has lots of thoughtful touches, and it provided both great options for communal living and privacy. I think my favorite thing was having both the pool and hot tub available, especially as it was a little cooler than normal weather for a Leavenworth summer. Check out rules were very reasonable. It's a fairly unique setup because it's 2 houses joined as one and each space has its own benefits and quirks. I'd happily stay here again!

The house and property was Wonderful. Great place for large gatherings. Lots of places to talk, play games. But cool little seating areas to get away and chill. Super clean, well stocked. We had a great time at Kelly's property. The house is perfect for a big group - with two adjoining houses so there's lot of sleeping space and privacy. The pool and outdoor space was great for some very toasty days in July. We had a great time and would highly recommend to others.

The house and property were great & the house accommodated 10 people very well. Lots of space for lounging & outdoor fun!Would love to enjoy this property again with family and friends.

This house near Icicle Creek has everything: a pool, volleyball court, hot tub, nice outdoor spaces. The indoor space is great for hanging out and sleeping. The kitchens (yes, there are 2!) are well appointed. A thirty minute drive takes you to the Enchantments. Could not recommend this more highly.

We had a good stay overall but the house was not very clean. We found toast in the toaster oven and a pair of someones dirty socks when we first arrived. The floor looked like it hadnt been swept in a while. Only one part of the house is actually private, all the other rooms are open or you have to walk through to get to the other end of the house - this wasnt a issue for us as we are a tight group. We were excited about the pool and hot tub area but never actually got the jets to turn on in the hot tub. I messaged the host asking about the hot tub our first night and never got a response the rest of our stay.

Family spring break with 5 adults & 3 kids. We thoroughly enjoyed Kelly's Chalet home & everything Leavenworth has to offer. Thank you for sharing with us! We will be back!

Awesome spot for a board game weekend!

Great location and loved that we found a place in Leavenworth to house a family of 8. We did need to reach out to host for check in code as it was not provided.House ran out of propane while we were cooking dinner our first night there and could not be filled until the next day. For the price point would have liked some amenities such as foil or wrap in the kitchen and soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms filled (they were all empty). House and property was nice and good location however some attention to cleanliness and details could improveoverall experience

We had a good size group here and everyone was comfy, cozy, and had a great time! My one very minor complaint is that we couldn't find lights for the hot tub, but a couple phone flashlights solved the problem. Delightful property, wonderful hosts, and a fantastic weekend!

We enjoyed our stay here but felt that & 900/night left some things to be desired. For a pet friendly place there were no signs/smells of other animals which was great. Sleeping arrangements were mostly comfortable. The master in the main house is not private as it’s a loft-style room open to main living area below. Home could definitely be cleaner on arrival; floors, kitchen surfaces etc. The home shows signs of a high volume rental and needs some TLC; shower heads need replaced/cleaned, sinks/faucets that leak, interior doors that don’t shut or lock and other minor things that are broken or need a fix vs. a bandaid. The kitchen lacked a few basics like tin foil or plastic wrap that seems pretty standard in most rentals nowadays especially at 500 per night. The hot tub runs perfectly and the views are great though it really needs to be cleaned better between renters or possibly needs maintenance for the filters. This configuration is probably great for a couple small families and location is nice being close to town and fairly quiet. Owner was very responsive which is always a plus.

The house(s) and property are gorgeous, and the proximity to Leavenworth proper is unbeatable. When reaching out to the host responses were quick. The beds were plentiful, clean, and comfortable. It was a good stay and we had a great time. With that being said, I did have to ask for check-in details because none were sent to me. When i asked, the host said that they are available on the Travel App but i was using the VRBO app and did not receeive any details there and could not locate a separate Travel App. When we arrived the front door was cracked open and the attached second wing had a sliding glass door that was also unlocked. When i alerted the host they just said that the crime in the area was low but they'd alert the cleaning crew to remember to close and lock the doors. There isnt a lot that could have been done in the moment but an apology and concern for safety would have been nice. Last thing is that the listing says its a 4 bathroom home but its actually a 3 bathroom home with a room with a sink and a for emergencies only toilet which customers are HIGHLY encouraged not to use. All in all, there are a ton of rooms that are super cute and comfortable. The home was really well stocked with dishes etc. It was a great stay, especially for the proximity to the winter festivities that we were in town for. But attention to safety and security would be nice.

The house was very nice. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. We only wished it had a full bathroom for our daughter who slept in the downstairs bedroom on the other side of the house. She had to shower and get ready for bed in our bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was very nice the kids really loved it.

One of our best stays - it was perfect!
