In a privileged and quiet area in the center of the resort of La Rosiere 1850 apartment in a chalet with only two units, to leave and return on skis, and located 200 m from shops and cinema, with a view over the valley and mountains.

The apartment, about 104 sqm on 3 floors. You get a large living area opening onto a terrace with a view of the valley and mountains (Mont Pourri, Les Arcs and the other resorts of the Tarentaise).
The rooms are spread over 2 floors (1st and 3rd) and allow to accommodate two families in a certain independence.
At the first floor: two bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, shower room
2nd floor: kitchen open to the living room and terrace.
3rd floor: two bedrooms, 1 with sink and bathtub, and another with sink and shower, separate toilet

Each apartment has its own ski room with access to the slopes.
The children's village is 100 m behind the chalet upstream.

In winter: Linen included - End of stay cleaning included in the rental price (except garbage cans, crockery, kitchen area) - Towels optional.

In summer: rental of bed linen and towels optional (depending on the number of occupants) - End of stay cleaning optional (120 €)

The chalet has only one other apartment (Marmotte) of the same organization and the same capacity but with a different sleeping arrangement.

    We has a truly great week in La Rosiere staying in Chalet Esquirol. The chalet is in a fantastic location, a short walk to the main high street, a mere 20m walk to the nursery slope with button lift that takes you to the main ski area in 1 minute and you can ski back to the door. The chalet has a decent sized living area with small but functional kitchen area easily able to accommodate our party of 9. My only criticisms would be that the double beds are rather small with very hard mattresses and the kitchen utensils need to be refreshed. Overall I would recommend the chalet, you'll have a great holiday.

    We stayed here (family of 3) with another family of 4. (3, 5 and 6 year old kids). Chalet is excellent and well equipped Location is very good but there is a walk up the hill if you are not using the drag lift! We would stay here again Owner was helpful and responsive ahead of the stay. Good parking and it was easy to gain access and to hand over the keys etc on departure. I really recommend this place.
