This warm, non-smoking, well-lit chalet offers 3 bedrooms (1 on the mezzanine and 2 on the garden level), all of which can accommodate up to 6 people maximum comfortably. Only rentals of 31 night-club or more are available. It benefits from an ideal location on the edge of the magnificent Lac de la Montagne with a small sandy beach. Bass and other fishing is available directly on the lake. A dock allows you to enjoy the lake in summer. A pedal boat and a kayak are at your disposal for walks on the lake. Access to high-speed internet and a ROKU TV is provided. The restaurants and shops of the Village of Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard are located 5 minutes away. Also take advantage of the Saint-Adolphe trails for walking or mountain biking. In winter you will find cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. For downhill skiing and mountain biking enthusiasts, Avalanche Ski Resort is a 5-minute drive away. The Morin Heights mountains (15 minutes), Saint-Sauveur (20 minutes), Mont Blanc (24 minutes), Vallée bleue skiing (16 minutes), Mont Tremblant (30 minutes) p'tit train du Nord (10 minutes), corridor aerobics (15 minutes) are also nearby.
