Stayed Sep 21, 2025Very rural setting in old village. 15 minute drive to market or restaurant. Very nice home with views overlooking Douro River. We were able to engage with locals and helped with grape and olive harvests and even stomped the grapes! Many lovely surrounding towns and hikes but you must have a car!

Stayed Sep 9, 2025The owner was very helpful, friendly. We got coffee, detergent for the washing machine, for the dishwashing machine, paper for the wc, ...He also cleaned the swimming pool. The view towards the Douro is amazing! A general interior and exterior overhaul would be beneficial

Stayed Jan 22, 2025Lovely owner that dropped off bread and wine everyday of our stay! Great setting with a very interesting narrow access that as a Canadian was a great experience.
