This authentic old fisherman’s house is located in the heart of Tossa de Mar, just 100 meters from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Situated right outside the historic city walls, it offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, and traditional charm.

PRIVATE PARKING

The rental includes a private parking space in a garage just a 1-minute walk from the house, with an assigned spot for the entire stay.

LAYOUT

Ground Floor:

Upon entering, you will find the living room, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV for Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

First Floor:

This floor houses the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

The second bedroom features a trundle bed (two single beds) and connects via a staircase to the third bedroom on the upper floor, which has two single beds.

Both the master bedroom and the upper floor bedroom have air conditioning.

The townhouse was exactly as shown in the photos and is a beautiful home. The location is unbeatable: restaurants, shops and beach practically at your doorstep. The Tosse de Mar town is stunning and full of history and such a lively area full of tourists with a vibrant day and night life. The only negative is the loud sounds and noise outside the house (Garbage truck every morning very early and chatty people outside front door sound like they are in the house with you). Coastal Villa was very professional and quick to respond to our questions. We had a wonderful vacation for 10 days and we would definitely rent again!

Schöner Aufenthalt mitten in der Altstadt von Tossa de Mar. Strand, Einkaufen und Restaurants - alles um Ecke zu Fuß zu erreichen.

La maison correspond tout à fait aux photos publiées. Elle se situe dans le centre, proche des plages et des commerces ce qui implique un certain bruit notamment celui du ramassage des poubelles afin de maintenir les rues propres et satisfaire les habitants et les vacanciers. La maison est très bien équipée en vaisselle et un parking gratuit est prévu un peu plus haut dans la ville. Il est vraiment très agréable de tout pouvoir faire à pied sans se soucier de la voiture.

Logement agréable et bien équipé. Propre et spacieux. En plein centre, trop de bruits à l’exterieur( chiens, poubelles, scooters…). Mais proche des commerces, du château et des plages.
