The house was even better than pictured.. super spacious .. & the Kitchen was Very Well stocked better than your average kitchen ! House was clean . Host were responsive everytime before and till checkout with any question we had. Would absolutely recommend .

We stay in this area every year for a ski weekend with friends, and Boulderview Lodge worked out perfectly. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—ideal for a group with kids.We were lucky to arrive during an unexpected snowstorm, which made the views from the back deck absolutely beautiful. The location is excellent and close to the mountain, making it easy for us to ski both days.A few extra towels and blankets would have been helpful, but overall, we had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the house and would love to come back again next year!

Our second time staying at this property for a new years getaway. Wonderful house with everything we needed to be comfortable and make fabulous memories with our group of 10 adults and 9 children. Hosts were fabulous to work with. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Hosts are very kind and respond quickly to questions. I read on the website that the main floor is accessible for wheelchairs. That is true only for the living area and kitchen. A wheelchair could not access the bedrooms or bathrooms easily and there are no grab bars in the shower or by the toilet. I would advise not using the term accessible. It gives a wrong impression to those who need those things. Otherwise everything was great

The home was amazing. We stay for the Christmas Holiday with all my children, spouses and grandkids, we were all comfortable. The view of the ski slope from the house was spectacular. Even with the coldness my kids enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate several cooks at the same time. Overall we could see ourselves returning.

The house was confortable, big and beautiful. We love the fireplace.

This weekend was outstanding from the communication during booking with the owner to the arrival the combinations were awesome. We had 20 people place was spotless everything was so easy to operate lov this place highly recommend

This was the perfect house for a beautiful bachelorette weekend! The views of the lake were stunning and we loved the patio. The hot tub provided much fun for all and there was plenty of parking for our large group. Minutes away from restaurants and many nearby attractions (including Jim Thorpe, which was only about 25 minutes away). The basement got a bit stuffy and we would have loved more information about using the hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends! Thank you for a memorable weekend.

Clean and beautiful, friendly hosts

We stayed at the house for a family reunion and it was a great space for our whole family. We loved the beach access and the large deck. The kitchen was well stocked. We used every space in the house, with 5 adults sleeping in the lower level bedrooms. Unfortunately the entire lower level was incredibly damp and the carpet was musty. Our clothes were actually wet, bedspread damp, towels and bathing suits never dried. One of our guests had trouble sleeping on the last night because her allergies began acting up. We loved this location and the setup. It seems like the dampness could be resolved with dehumidifiers. This is normally something I would have reported while we were there for immediately resolution, but I did not understand the extent of it until afterward. I can tell the owners care about the upkeep of their property and I expect they will want to address this. But it felt important to include in a review in case they do not. Someone with respiratory issues or allergies may not be able to stay here.

We had a few families from different states using the house. The deck is awesome, there were enough kitchen plates, utensils, etc for everyone and it was great to have a working propane grill. We used the house as a base for a bunch of outdoor activities. Not a knock on the house but just be aware the community beach is very small

Check in was very smooth. Communication with our hosts was great.The house has everything you need from day one. The kitchen has enough pots and pans(of various sizes) to cook for a large group. We really enjoyed the large back deck. It has a great view and wild life right below you. I would recommend the Boulder View Lodge for any largé groups/family gët togethers.

Planned our adult cousin trip to lake harmony and this house was perfect for all of our needs. Great location, clean, and instructions were easy to follow for check in and check out. Our group of 13 had a great time. Nicks lake house was our favorite for dinner and Luna rafting for our tubing trip down the river. We saw so much wild life right be hind the house in the boulder field. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay was fantastic. House had all amenities needed for a long weekend in the mountains. Great house and atmosphere.

Easy to get to, spacious for large groups and great views

The house accomplishes the task of housing a good amount of people with elbow room to spare. The rooms have enough character of their own, beds are nothing to write home about. The bathrooms only came with 1 roll each of toilet paper so bring extra in addition to all toiletries. The kitchen comes with about what you’d expect for a rental but enough to get the job done. Only came with a tiny dish soap and 1 roll of paper towels - if you plan to cook, bring staples like those as well as aluminum foils, oils, etc.The hot tub was great and the outdoor space was enjoyable - beautiful view!There’s postings all over the place of the fees you will incur if you don’t do something exactly how it’s asked - it was pretty discomforting to my guests. I understand it’s part of the business but it was a lot. Host was always very responsive to us and very kind. Check in couldn’t be easier.

View was great! Size was good for the group. Checkout process was a bit stressful with conflicting information and many potential fines.

Great house for a weekend away! Loved the long table for meals and games. Lots of bedrooms and space! Also loved the second refrigerator for extra storage!

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The size of the home is perfect for our whole family. Location is wonderful for all the skiers. We had an issue with the dishwasher, which we had a quick response to, but were unable to use the dishwasher during the stay. We had a large group of people and prepared and ate all meals at the house. The lack of a dishwasher was an inconvenience. Overall, that was a minor thing. The house was great.

Place was spectacular . The place was spotless. The host was unbelievable checking in was so easy. All the details in the house were clear as they communication throughout the weekend when needed stay was unbelievable. Felt like I was staying at a five star hotel definitely will be going back.

Overall, the property was nice. Some of the rooms got quite cold at night, and they could have given more cleaning supplies at least to start with, but not a big deal.The issue I have is that we were charged the full price (700) for a mattress that had clearly been stained for a very long time. We didn't notice how old these mattresses were until we were leaving and had to take the sheets off. Thank goodness we got the insurance. If you are renting, I would suggest taking a video of EVERYTHING, and to inspect the mattresses as well. Something feels off about that charge, but can't do anything about it now. My trust for this owner is low, and I will avoid giving my credit card to vrbo locations in the future because of this incident.

Spectacular view of Big Boulder in “lodge like home” with plenty of room and parking for our group of 21 for 2 nights. Beds were comfortable with plenty of plates, utensils, cups and mugs and storage. The 2 fridges were an added bonus for us!

We had a girls weekend and the home was perfect. The porch and view were beautiful. It was laid out great for a large home that can accommodate a large group, but still have numerous bedrooms and individual beds. We had a great time!

Owners communicate well, property was good for our large friend group. They will tell you why they provide and what they don’t, just pay attention to what they don’t and you’ll be fine! They will provide recommendations on stores and activities for you as well.

Had 20 people parents who are 85 could access easily from driveway main floor had master bedroom for them we all stayed comfortable beautiful area plenty to do House was awesome perfect set up
