Blue Jay Vista - 4 Seasons Beauty

The outdoors of the property are awesome, great patio with a grill and a separate fire pit. The second floor is upgraded and the kitchen has nice new appliances. Really the areas that could have made the stay even better is the cleaning crew cleaning the dog hair better off the furniture and some of the bedding, some minor spider webs, and if there was a tea/hot water kettle. Overall a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed 4 relaxing days at Blue Jay Vista. The cabin is clean and cozy, but the views are priceless! Our 3 pups especially loved being able to hang out on the gated deck - sunning themselves and watching for anything that moved in the forest! It's clear the owner put her heart into setting up the cabin with everything a family could possibly need for a comfortable stay. She was also very responsive and easy to work with. This was our first visit to Munds Park but enjoyed exploring the area and hope to book here again.

This cabin was perfect for our trip in March! Cabin was clean, very well stocked with everything needed for our 3 night stay. Location and property was beautiful. We had a lab with us and he enjoyed the gated balcony just laying outside watching the birds. Host communication was excellent. A perfect placeto unwind and get out of the Phoenix heat! We will be back

Very clean and well appointed three bedroom cabin. Great location off of a hilly Neighbourhood in the trees. The backyard extends into an open forest for a couple of acres. Nice kitchen, great TV and couch and fireplace. Large wrap around rear deck with grill. Great for Family and a dog.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything went smooth. Central AC was great to have. Days were a little warm.Best part was the beautiful deck in the morning and the evening.

Our daughter was graduating from NAU and we rented the cabin for the weekend. We loved everything about the place! The views are amazing, feels like you're in a beautiful treehouse! We enjoyed grilling steaks on the deck and watching the stars by the fire pit. Very clean and well stocked with whatever you need.

My wife and I and a great Christmas with our kids. There was a decorated Christmas tree up for us to enjoy upon our arrival. The cabin comfy and cozy. Great fireplace and patio deck too. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again!

This cabin was wonderful for our stay. It was so big and warm and inviting. Had plenty of stuff for us to stay in and cook if we wanted, and a great living room for watching movies or Netflix. The deck was great too! Would definitely bring the kids next time we come as there is plenty of room!

For the past 5 years have stayed in the area (due to previously living here for 15 years) anywhere from early May through Sept. The description of this property is grossly over exaggerated & one of the most filthy places I have ever seen. Charges of over $8700 for 28 days, Day 1- huge snake going under the foundation, so many bugs & spiders going up the walls & coming out of drains - had to have them call pest control & they were there for almost 2 hours; additional charge of $250 for working internet, non-disclosure of limited tv service, no tvs in spare bedrooms & non-working tv in master, toilet seats all on crooked & loose; filthy couch & surroundings-had to cover everything-dryer screeched so loud - that we had to shut door & put towel under it & still so loud. Dangerous sharp corner location to get in & out of drive; nightstands full of trash & garbage - other drawers just had dirt & other debris in them so we did not use; coffee pot so scaled that it was inoperable & no containers to put “cooked” food in - so I purchased them. The owner claimed my purchase was “unauthorized” when I asked to be refunded for the $150 purchase - I just want to warn anyone looking to stay here - it is disgusting & I have never left a negative complaint on a property. We have stayed in well over 20 VRBO’s in the past 5 years & have never encountered anything this disgusting. I do not believe that any of the reviews left on this property are legit & we are filing a complaint.
