Stayed Aug 9, 2024The house is huge! 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. The living area - large living and dining room, kitchen and gaming area - is all upstairs. The bedrooms are on the main and lower levels. Two of the bedrooms have an ensuite. There is a sauna on the lower level as well. The yard is large and fenced in. Dogs are welcome on the property, which was a plus for us. The house has beautiful mountain views and also a view of a factory that makes wood boards. It is close to hiking and a ten minute walk to the small town of Oberndorf with several restaurants and a public pool area, which is gorgeous and super clean! The vibrant towns of St. Johann and Kitzbuhel are each just a ten minute drive away. Plenty of parking in front of the house. We recommend this house - book and enjoy!

Stayed Feb 23, 2019I stayed with 2 couples and 3 other friends (total group of 8) in the house and we had plenty of room! 4 of the rooms could easily fit couples, and the other two still had nice sized double beds. We loved using the sauna after a day skiing and every night we watched a film on the projector. The house itself is well equipped with plenty of towels, cooking equipment and entertainment. If you like coffee, we recommend bringing Nespresso pods for the coffee maker. The house is a 10 minute drive from the closest ski area but we really enjoyed driving to the ski area in Jochberg which was more of a 30-40 minute drive. A few supermarkets are 10 minutes drive away as well. The house is located in a small development but you can walk to a small village. I would really recommend this chalet- especially in winter since it has a beautiful fireplace and very comfortable areas for lounging.
