This is a wonderful property that we are happy to return to. The house is spotless, comfortable and well equipped. There is a downstairs suite that can accommodate family and friends, and outdoor decks to enjoy the beautiful lake views. The house kept cool during a heatwave, and the lake temperature was perfect. Claudine, the manager, is very helpful and responsive.

Well appointed and very comfortable in a lovely location. We had a great stay.Only caution is that the roads in and the laneway can get tricky in winter.

We really enjoyed out stay. The house was spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed dining outdoors on the deck, and the awning protected us from the sun. Although there was a heat wave in town, it was cool in the house. The lake is wonderful - clean, calm and quiet, great for swimming or kayaking.

The cottage is very well equipped for fun and relaxing. We had a great time swimming in the lake and kayaking. The lake is quiet and there are no loud motor boats or jet skis. We were able to cook and barbecue with an excellent selection of plates, cooking utensils, etc. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom provide a private suite for family/friends, with their own patio door and access to the lake. Everything is clean and thoughtfully arranged. Claudine, the host, is very responsive.

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was spotless and exactly as advertised. The cottage itself was perfect for our family of 5 and our teens really enjoyed the loft space. The several levels of outdoor space was really great. We had BBQ dinners on the top deck just off the main floor, enjoyed lunch and a lovely evening fire on the “middle” deck, and spent several hours on the dock. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUP, and paddle boat, and the lake was just perfect for swimming. All-in-all, a wonderful 3 day stay!

The setting and views of the lake are beautiful, and you have everything you need for a relaxing and active holiday - swimming, hiking, kayaking and stand-up paddleboard. The deck with its fireplace will delight adults and children. The house is spotless and the property manager is very responsive. We particularly appreciated the privacy provided by the big trees that shield the property from the neighbours.

I rented this property for a New Year’s family getaway. My 12-year old son, my wife and I had a wonderful time. Beautiful house, with access to Gary Lake and fun outdoor activities. We really enjoyed tube sliding right on the property. I am also very pleased with how we were serviced by the owner, Claudine. She provided us with clear communications before our arrival and made sure, during our stay, that everything was going well and that we were happy with the house. Thank you very much!
