Stayed Aug 15, 2020We had a lovely two weeks at this house during August. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and well equipped and in a wonderful location with spectacular views across the valley of Grenoble and the surrounding mountains. It had the benefit of being both quiet with an isolated feel and no properties overlooking it, thanks to an excellent position and large garden, but also felt connected to local life with the attractive village of St Martin d’Huriage nearby. We were also usefully placed to access nearby activities, not least Chamrousse, which is 15 mins drive above the house, with a cable car and chair lifts (presumably only functioning in winter) leading to spectacular mountain range peaks and trails. We found the owner was very helpful and her hosts were also easily available for any questions or needs. We had a really lovely time and would happily go back!
