FRAUD ALERT: Do not book this property outside of this platform or via any other person who claims to be a Property Manager. If anyone asks you to send money via wire transfer it is likely a fraud. We only take bookings through this platform and payment is made via your credit card. There have been some scams that have made the news recently where individuals pose as Property Managers for properties they do not own offering a good deal and asking guests to make payment via an international wire to a bank in Mexico or some other foreign place. This is a scam. Do not fall for it.

IMPORTANT NOTE #1:

This 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom vacation rental is made up of TWO short term vacation rental units. The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the lower level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a separate kitchen and laundry for each rental unit. If you are interested in just renting either the UPPER or LOWER portion of the house as a separate rental please let us know and we can try to accommodate you.

IMPORTANT NOTE #2:

From time to time, the hot tub may need to be drained and refilled depending on the state that it is left in by the previous guests or if it happens to be dirtied during your stay. As this is a long process and due to the fact that it takes a long time for it to re-heat (8-12 hours), it is possible that this may result in the hot tub not being useable for a certain period of time during your stay. It is important that you follow our hot tub rules to ensure this does not happen during your stay. There is no hot tubbing allowed past 10pm as per the Sun Peaks Municipality bylaws.

IMPORTANT NOTE #3:

There are multiple OUTDOOR cameras located on the property for safety and security reasons. We are required to have these as part of our insurance. Please note these cameras are located at all entrances which also happens to be where the hot tub is located. As such, the hot tub sits within the range of these cameras. We want everyone to be aware of this up front so they are not surprised by seeing a camera when they check in. We will not be able to turn them off during your stay and they cannot be covered up during your stay as this voids our insurance.

The coziness of this chalet combined with the close proximity of the village and amenities provides our guests the get-away vacation they covet…take a walk outside and you will find across the street is the Sun Peaks golf course and a close 5 minute walk will get you to the ski lifts and village for some shopping or fun and good food in one of the pubs or restaurants.

With a very wide open 2,500 square foot floor plan, this newly furnished tastefully decorated main floor chalet home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, laundry facilities, living room, well stocked kitchen, dining room, gas fireplace, on deck BBQ, linens and towels. It is fully furnished and accessorized to be the perfect home away from home. Out the back is a large private hot tub with views of the mountain and ski slopes. Further enjoy the impressive views, sipping a warm or cold beverage from the upper and lower deck patios. This is a fantastic location for family gatherings or mature adult vacations.

The larger kitchen (upper level) and smaller kitchen (lower level) has all the modern stainless steel appliances and conveniences, including a large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. They are well equipped with all the dinnerware, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils you would ever need to cook any type of gourmet meal. The dining table (upper level) seats 6-8 comfortably and there are 4 stools at the kitchen bar and the dining table (lower level) seats 4-6 comfortably.

Basic spices, oils, sugar, coffee/tea, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper are provided for the first few days to get you going. Please note that we do not restock during your stay.

Each bedroom (upper level) is furnished with custom made log bed furniture, comfortable mattresses, TVs, plenty of storage, closets, high thread count linens and comfortable pillows to give our guests a great night sleep with all the comforts for one to enjoy. The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of the mountain and ski slopes as well as a full en-suite including a tub for after skiing relaxation.

The lower level has nice modern furniture decor throughout.

For Entertainment purposes the townhouse has a total SEVEN Flatscreen Smart TVs (internet enabled) in every room (2x living rooms + 5 bedrooms) ranging from 32 to 65. It also has cable TV, Netflix (use our account or sign into your own) and high speed WIFI internet. We have also provided a good selection of board games for the entire family and friends to enjoy. Popcorn maker is available in the kitchen area to complete your movie night marathon.

A large patio extends off of the kitchen and master bedroom that overlooks the beautiful mountains! There is an outdoor patio set that is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, as well as a gas BBQ, so it’s always ready to grill. There is also nice rustic patio lighting to set the perfect mood for hanging out after dark.

This unit is great for families (multiple) with children, a group of friends or 4-5couples who are travelling together and all want to stay in the same place.
