IN JULY & AUGUST: RENTAL FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY



This holiday home, beautifully decorated, comprises on the ground floor a living area including the lounge-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms (140 cm bed), a bathroom, and a WC.

The upper floor offers a leisure space ideal for children, as well as a bedroom with two 80 cm beds, which can be joined together into a double bed.

Its charming feature is its large veranda, both a dining room and a genuine second living room of the house, which opens onto the terrace and garden.

The house offers a particularly attractive outdoor space with a terrace and an enclosed garden. A barbecue and garden furniture complete the outdoor amenities.

In 2 minutes on foot, you can reach the beach on the Baie de Quiberon side for classic beach activities and the beach on the Ocean side, better suited to surfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts.

Whatever their preferences, young and old will find here the ideal house for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The neighbourhood

The house is situated in a residential neighbourhood ideally located to allow you to reach the beaches within a few minutes on foot. You have a choice between Penthièvre camping beach, on Quiberon Bay, for classic beach activities and kite surfing out of season, or on the Ocean side, Penthièvre beach, suited to fans of surfing, kite-surfing and land yachting.

Penthièvre station is 250m away, where you can take the summer corkscrew train to reach Auray and Quiberon within a few minutes.

A bus stop is located on Avenue de Saint Malo (BreizhGo line 1 bus - Penthièvre stop).

A car or bicycles are recommended to reach the village of Saint Pierre Quiberon and its shops (5 minutes by car) or Plouharnel.

In season, a 2-minute walk away, a bakery offers bread, pastries and snacks.
