The house was big and very clean. Very comfortable stay for 12 people. The service was 5 star. Always ready to help. The spa wasn’t working well. There was a water leak in the kitchen from the bathroom above which you were aware of and somehow didn’t fix from before or inform us that it was there.

Great location when in Mallorca. Arta is very quite town at night with lots to do during the day, and close enough to main beaches (20-25 min taxi rides). Decent restaurants, but with some quick research you can find great ones outside the tourist square within walking distance. One of the best parts is the short distance between the house and grocery store allowing daily trips to grab anything you may wantfeel like for the day. There is also a farmers market on Tuesday which is an amazing morning activity which offers some great local food, jewelry and much more.

Fabulous location, down a quite back street but only a couple of minutes from the centre of town. Well appointed villa with a lovely feel.

Absolutely loved our stay in Mallorca. We loved loved loved everything about house. Beautiful building newly remodeled, and super clean. Would highly recommend!

The furniture is very old and the master bedroom bed is super squeeky and not safe in my opinion.

Overall, we loved our stay in Arta. The house is beautiful and comfortable and fit our family of 9 well. The location is great, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. We were able to park in a free public lot near the house. There is a lot of info provided in the welcome email including what to do if the water doesn’t work and trash pick up. Arta is a great little town! There is an amazing market in n Tuesdays. The downside of our visit, ants in the main bedroom even though there was no food in there. We were told this is an island wide problem but it would have been helpful to have ant traps set out. The spa did not work. It did not heat up and the pump was so loud that it could not be left on if we were sitting in the courtyard. We notified the agency more than once. They did send someone one time to look at it and it stopped working again within a half hour. We were told by this worker that the spa had ongoing issues and never worked correctly. When I emailed the agency that it was still not working and we would like to be compensated, they said they would send someone to fix it. We never saw anyone come to look at it a second time and It was never fixed and my request was ignored. This was a huge disappointment as the beautiful looking spa was a selling point, especially for the children and they were not able to use it. We do feel like this was an inaccurate listing as the agency had prior knowledge of the spa not working correctly.

Prachtig appartement , mooi opgeknapt en erg netjes. Je verwacht in deze smalle straatjes niet zo’n ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Kapotte koffieapparaat werd binnen paar uur vervangen….top!

Una casa bonita y cómoda. Muy limpia y agradable. Muy recomendable. Si llevas coche y lo usas de casa base esta muy bien, ya que tienes el spa y buena cocina para cenar y relajarse después de pasar el día viendo cosas. El pueblo también es bonito para pasear. Repetiriamos.
