Welcome to The Cedar & Salt Estate by Dreamspace Vacation, an oceanfront fairytale tucked into the evergreens above the Strait of Juan de Fuca. We once imagined a place like this only existed in stories, until we found it here. At the heart of the estate, a bluffside deck and gazebo open to dramatic water views, glowing sunsets and the sound of waves below. Soak in the private hot tub beneath the trees, gather around the fire, watch for whales and bald eagles, and let the castle work itsmagic.

The Cedar & Salt Estate is tucked into a peaceful wooded setting near Freshwater Bay, where the forest meets the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Keep your eyes on the water because this area is known for incredible marine life, including orcas, whales, dolphins, harbor seals, river otters, and bald eagles. Freshwater Bay is also a beautiful spot for kayaking, fishing, crabbing, birdwatching, or simply slowing down and taking in the water.

Guests have the entire 3,065 sq ft estate and nearly 3.3 private acres to themselves. That includes the deck, gazebo, 7-person hot tub, game room, Starlink WiFi, kitchen, washer and dryer, EV charging, and free parking.

Set on nearly 3.3 private acres, this 3,065 sq ft castle-style estate feels hidden away in its own world, with towering evergreens around you and the water stretching to the horizon.

The bluffside deck is the heart of the estate. Beside it, the covered gazebo shares the same sweeping view. It's your front-row seat to sunsets, passing ships, and wildlife including bald eagles, orcas, whales, and dolphins.

INSIDE THE CASTLE

Dramatic chandeliers, rich textures, warm lighting, and large windows bring the forest and water indoors, so the home feels regal, warm, and connected to its setting. Beside the grand staircase, a built-in butler's lift carries groceries and trays between floors.

Five bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests, with organic Quince bedding throughout.

CLOSE TO OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK

Olympic National Park Visitor Center is about 20 minutes away, with Freshwater Bay, Lake Crescent, Hurricane Ridge, and downtown Port Angeles all within easy reach.

There are just a few things to note prior to booking your stay at The Cedar & Salt Estate:

• The Cedar & Salt Estate is surrounded by forest and sits along the bluff overlooking the water. The area is home to deer, coyotes, eagles, hawks, insects, and other wildlife. Please admire them from a safe distance and respect the natural surroundings.
• We take great care to keep the estate clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. The home is professionally cleaned between every stay, but because the Estate is tucked into a wooded coastal setting, the occasional insect or signs of nature may still make its way inside the home.
• Smoking of any kind including but not limited to electronic cigarrettes are strictly prohibited inside and on the grounds. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of your reservation without refund.
• Wild, disruptive, or unruly parties are strictly prohibited. The Cedar & Salt Estate is designed for relaxing getaways, family gatherings, and special moments, while respecting our neighbors and the peaceful setting around the property.
• We take extra measures to sanitize bedding, including pillows, between guests so every room feels fresh and comfortable when you arrive.
• Your safety matters to us. The property is monitored by three Ring security cameras and recording devices for safety and security purposes: one by the front door, one above the garage, and one in the backyard overlooking the deck. The cameras record video and audio. Due to the backyard camera's field of view, one camera overlooks the deck area, and a small portion of the hot tub may be visible within the camera's wider field of view. The camera is not directed specifically at the hot tub and utilizing the hot tub cover will block any view into the hot tub. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. Check-out is anytime before 10 AM.
• Because the property includes elevated outdoor areas, decks, stairs, a bluff-side setting, gazebo access, and natural terrain, all guests and children must be supervised at all times.
• The hot tub, gazebo, decks, fire pits, and other outdoor spaces are intended to be enjoyed responsibly. Fire pits are located on both the deck and at the gazebo and should only be used as intended and never left unattended. Please use extra care around all outdoor areas during wet, icy, windy, or low-visibility conditions.
• The staircase leading toward the beach is strictly off-limits to guests. It is not open to the public and is not considered safe for access. Guests must not enter or use the staircase at any time. Violations will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
• Bluff & Outdoor Safety: The estate sits along an elevated coastal bluff with natural terrain, stairs, decks and outdoor areas. Children must be closely supervised.
• To help preserve the peaceful experience The Cedar & Salt Estate is meant to provide, all house rules must be followed. Complaints involving excessive noise, unregistered guests, unauthorized gatherings, or other serious rule violations will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Fire Safety & Open Flame Policy
The Cedar & Salt Estate is located in a wooded coastal environment where fire safety is extremely important, especially during dry or windy conditions.
• Only use fireplaces and designated fire features as intended and according to posted instructions. Never leave an active fire unattended.
• Due to the countywide fire ban: Fireworks, firecrackers, sparklers, and pyrotechnics of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
• No bonfires, burn barrels, or open burning outside of the designated fire features provided at the property.
• Always fully extinguish fires before leaving the area or going to sleep.
• Guests are responsible for any damage resulting from negligent or improper use of fireplaces, fire features, grills, or other open flames.
• Violations of fire, life-safety, occupancy, noise, event, or party policies may result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal of all guests and visitors from the property, without refund where permitted, subject to the booking platform's policies and applicable law.
• The primary reservation holder is responsible for ensuring that all guests, visitors, and invitees comply with the property's rules and applicable laws and is financially responsible for any loss, damage, excessive cleaning, fines, or other costs caused by the reservation holder or their guests, visitors, or invitees.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the reservation holder and all members of the reservation party voluntarily assume the risks associated with their use and occupancy of the property and its amenities. They agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dreamspace Consulting LLC, the property owner(s), and their respective members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or rule violations of the reservation holder or their guests, visitors, or invitees.
