Cai Yurt bespoke yurt with Outdoor Shower

Yurt was cosy and perfect for our break. We were fortunate enough to have, wonderful clear nights and got to see, shooting stars.The yurt has everything needed to cook and felt comfortable. We enjoyed a nice walk around the Orchard and read the poems at each number stop. The outdoor shower was a nice experience, although there are also enclosed showers. There is a little barn shop and the produce very nice. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get away and relax.

On arrival I was met with a lovely warm welcome by the owners. Myself and 2 dogs loved the surrounding area, with all the apple trees in a peaceful location. The yurt itself is nice and cosy with everything that you need provided. The log burner was really nice, especially when the rain came.

This is my very definition of a 5 star experience. Authentic, genuine and thoughtful in every detail. We all felt comfortable and very welcome. Thank you!

Our third stay at Dragon Orchard. We spent the bank holiday weekend in Cai Yurt which had everything we needed. Perfect for families who want the camping experience but with a bit of a level-up. The yurt is comfortable and well equipped. The outside shower starts the day off perfectly. We were really lucky this year with hot weather but the yurt is cosy even when it rains.

It was our first experience of glamping but ticked lots of boxes. The yurt was well equipped and perfectly comfortable. Breakfast on the decking in the middle of an orchard was particularly memorable.

We had a brilliant group stay for a memorial community festival. It became part of our celebration, a place that helped us. We felt very safe and natural, we felt very welcome. Ann and Norman were really supportive from the initial contact and right through to our time there, helping us out whenever needed. There's a maze of wonderful hidden camping spots and the yurts and studio are super luxurious. We feel really grateful to them. We didn't find the Dragon, but found a dragon's golden apple.

The whole setup was excellent; situated in a stunning location that wasn't overlooked, the yurt had kitchen amenities that were perfect for a weekend away. The compost loo and shower, plus washing-up facilities, made staying in the yurt really comfortable.

We were excited about a family weekend away in a yurt in an orchard and Dragon Retreat didn't disappoint. We went in early October which meant the trees were laden with all sorts of types of apples and, despite cold nights, we were very cosy in the yurt. Crackling fires, hot showers under the trees, the occasional thud of another apple falling from a tree and a lovely local area to explore. We hope to come again, perhaps for apple blossom season. We really enjoyed our weekend at the orchard, the surroundings were stunning, the yurt comfortable and well equipped and we all enjoyed the space, freedom and peace away from usual busy lives. A wonderful restorative weekend.

We love how cosy the yurt is and being able to start each morning having breakfast on the decking overlooking the orchard. I also love the outdoor showers!

My young children lived staying in the yurt, some flexible bed options and with the fire on very toasty. It was very quiet and peaceful in the orchard and well equipped with pans, wood, kettle etc. Outside shower was warm and quite refreshing in the rain. It was a bit hard to keep it clean during the rainy weather without a porch but there was cleaning bits for us to use.

Yurt was lovely, well equipped and clean. The view when you openes the door in the morning was beautiful. We lived our korning walks through the orchards to see the pigs. We loved the pause on our busy family life in this beautiful place. Hoping to stay again.
