Wisconsin Dells | Pool & Waterpark Access | 2BR Cabin

We were up there 2 years ago and could not wait to go again. Great property, beautiful time to connect with nature after living in the city and the staff are incredible and so helpful. Looking forward to staying there again. We are 3 ladies and we have a ball on our road trips. The accommodations of 2 bedrooms and a GOOD sleeper sofa make the stay a joy.

Beautiful property. Cabin was cozy. Fun stuff on site to do. Driving distance from Dells. They will pressure you to buy in, tho, so be aware.

We just loved everything about our stay! We used the pool everyday, enjoyed golfing, and loved the quietness of the property! Everyone in our family was sad to leave, we were wishing we would have planned our stay for longer!

I had really high hopes for this rental; unfortunately, our experience ensured we would not return to this location again. The description of the property wasn't accurate; I understand that they put their best property on the listing, but the property we got was dingy, outdated, poorly-cleaned, and the communication with the resort was very poor. We arrived to check in at 4pm with two young children in tow only to be told our room wasn't ready. One of the main reasons we wanted to stay here was to use the pool on the property that first evening and to use the kitchen to cook our dinner. I couldn't get a straight answer about the time the room would be done and was told I would be contacted when it was ready. Instead of using the facilities, we ended up having to find dinner in town, pushing my younger son's bedtime much later than we wanted, and it wasn't until I finally called them three hours later that the resort confirmed we could check in. The outside of the cabin was filthy – there were bottles, old clothing, and other trash strewn about the front porch. Inside, the carpet was dingy, the kitchen outdated, and we found old food and somebody's used eyelashes in various rooms. We had reserved this location thinking one of the rooms had two beds – one was intended for my elderly grandmother. However, we received a second room with a queen size bed, which wasn't optimal. The front desk staff were also rude – overall, disappointing.

Suite was just a typical hotel style, not very cabin like. Didn't realize it was a timeshare property. Not happy with sales pitch atmosphere. Having to book like we knew the owner felt kinda shady. Overall, wished it was a cabin experience instead of what we had.

Loved the pool. Nice to have a restaurant. Loved the cabin in the pines!

Excellent place to stay

Disappointed. Booked in January and found out a day or so before our trip that we had to change rooms during our stay. We were forced to check out on Monday and could not check back in until 4pm that day. The “villa” we were placed in had some sort of unit beneath that would run about every half hour and would shake the entire villa when it would engage. On property restaurant was ok at best. Over priced food and slow service. Would not stay there again.

I have been visiting Christmas Mountain Resort for over seven years, and they have never disappointed me. The property consistently upholds a standard of cleanliness and upkeep. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely continue to book and visit Christmas Mountain Resort.

Nice resort. The cabin was clean. All of our questions were answered quickly. Would definitely come back again.

We loved the quiet and clean atmosphere with fun things for the kids to do. Can’t beat the location to downtown Dells either! We will be back!

Was not the place pictured, but we still LOVED it. We are coming back in 3 weeks and are looking forward to it. This will be the only place we stay if in the Dells. It us secluded yet close to the Dells. Very easy to get to.

Very good. Very quiet

We went to the Christmas Mountain Village for a white Christmas. We rented a cabin that was clean and nice. The amenities at village were nice (restaurant, skiing, tubing). The village is a short distance outside of town, so we were able to enjoy the town. This was a great little get away and yes, we did get our white Christmas.

When we checked in at 4pm our room was not ready, we got a text 6pm that it was ready they gave us a 75 credit to use on property. We used it a Mulligans restaurant, mostly bar food. They only had 2 cooks so sevice was slow, soup was great and the fried shrimp was light and crispy, server worked her butt off! Cabin was as expected, very conpact for 6 adults. Only issue was how dark it was, no street lights. Planning on coming back in the summer.

The cabin was secluded and felt private in an area that offered a lot of vacation options. The location was convenient to visiting Wisconsin Dells

The unit we stayed at was great. Clean, spacious and well stocked. The property as a whole is nice as well. Lots of free things to do on site. Not too far from downtown Dells or other activities but nice to return to peace and quiet at the end of the day.

I love staying at Christmas Mountain Village. It's my go-to for Wisconsin Dells. Hosts were very kind and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we were not able to get the Cabin we originally reserved, but the cottage worked out fine and we were still able to get the twin bed arrangement in the second bedroom. We enjoyed the resort and amenities. The kids love the indoor waterslide! The resort offered the privacy a hotel can’t achieve and we were able to make most of our meals.
