Stayed Jul 17, 2024Charged us for equipment that was never even there! (missing Nintendo switch) House was in disrepair. Advertized features not working. Property manager reached out after we checked out - told us a nintendo switch was 'missing'. After talking to my kids I found out it was never even there. We spent 4 nights at the property and I never saw anyone using a switch device not once (my teen used to own one and is very familair). I'm guessing the folks before us took it and the property managers arent close enough to even know who to charge. I discussed with the Prop. Mngr, they waited a week and charged me anyway. Golf simulator didnt work. Door handles falling off - literally. Oven under stove range makes horrible grinding noise - couldnt use. Heater vent in island fell off and cut the toe of one of the adults cooking. Try a different location in the reserve with a different property manager. This is year 14 of our trip to bear lake. Disappointing putcome with this house.
