The property was older, but servicable. When i texted about increasing the heat becsuse the thermostat had a lock on it, the owner responded immediately and released the lock via bluetooth. The place was a typical VT camp. Perfect for what we wanted. But because it was older my allergies acted up. Property is off the main road up an unpaved rd, so beware in winterin winter.
We loved our stay in Jamaica, VT! The cabin was very cozy, fully stocked for a perfect snow in day with board games and a fully stocked kitchen. Although we visited in the summer, it was still the perfect New England getaway in small, VERY friendly town! The hosts generously gave us early check in and out and very communicative throughout our stay. We would love to stay again in the winter!

The cabin has excellent vibes: a nice grill and picnic table outside, a lovely fire pit, inside was very clean, close proximity to a lot of gorgeous trails, a nice open layout with the kitchen, living room, and loft all being connected. Felt very spacious with the four of us. Everything worked as advertised and we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely come back again!

We loved our stay in the cabin in Vermont! It was clean a d convenient and the owners were very responsive to any questions! We would definitely stay there again!
Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The host was extremely responsive to all our emails and requests, and promptly responded to our inquiries. The house is just as in pictures, super clean and very well kept, not to mention with top-tier and very high-tech accessories! The only warning to travelers would be to ensure you keep the driveway salted and clean throughout the trip if snow/ice is expected, as we had some trouble with clearing out the driveway to get our car out, but that was entirely our own fault. Overall would highly recommend this house!
My friends and I had such an amazing trip! The property is beautiful and quaint. Everything was clean and as described, and the decorations were adorable. We had a wonderful relaxing stay getting work done and exploring Southern Vermont. We'd love to come back during ski season!!
We had a wonderful stay in Jamaica! The house is so charming and perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The 2 clean bathrooms are both downstairs, off of the well-stocked kitchen. The location was assessible and made exploring easy - we got lunch at Honeypies and then the Dover Inn. We also grabbed pizza at Family Pizza for dinner and had it by the fire pit at the house. Laurie was so responsive and offered loads of recommendations. Absolutely darling place and we hope to come back in the colder months when I'm sure it's coziness would be perfect for a Vermont winter!
A beautiful cozy cabin, lovingly supplied with soft blankets, games, and kitchen supplies. We especially enjoyed the stone firepit, the little upstairs bedroom, and the September colors on the surrounding trees. Just what a Vermont cabin should be. Thank you!
Very nice place - easy to get to, very clean and exactly as listed. Outdoor area with grill/picnic table & firepit was very nice. All we could have wanted for a city escape!
