• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Located conveniently in walking distance to amenities like a grocery store, dining, fuel and even some attractions. The cabin was very clean and smartly arranged. The immediate property was beautiful and natural. Great rental for a younger couple. I’m a light sleeper, and the proximity to the main strip came with some late night noise…though that is certainly not the fault of the owners. That’s just how Pigeon Forge is. I highly recommend this rental, kinda central to everything. Cute and cozy!

Very nice home. Clean, comfortable bed and has all of the amenities you need. There is a Publix grocery store in walking distance which is super convenient! Great value too compared to a hotel and with all the comforts if home.

It was in a good location. Very clean. Good size for 2 people on the go. The bed was comfortable. You could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. My only suggestion would be number the units one or two. When we first got there we were unsure which one was ours. Overall great little place. Everything in good working order. We would stay there again.

The property was good. It would be nice to have a sign out front with the name. It would also be helpful to put numbers on the properties.

Property was as descibed. Very clean, secluded, literally a couple of minutes walk to the strip. (We came for the Rod Run). The arcade barrel was fun for us and the hot tub was relaxing both after a long day out walking the strip, as well as for an early morning. We definitely look forward to coming back next year;)

We had a nice stay at this rental. The outdoor firepit area by the creek was definitely a huge plus for us. It was so nice to sit and hang out in the evenings. The cabin was clean. The owner very responsive to messages. We loved the location as well, right on the parkway. Within 1/2 mile walk to The Island. The only discrepancy was it listed a washer/dryer combo under the property description which wasnt available for us to use. It didn't affect our stay and we would definitely stay here again as we do frequent Pigeon Forge every year or two.
