The location is unbeatable: stroll to The Island, grab breakfast at a nearby café, or explore souvenir shops without ever moving your car. Whether you're catching a dinner show, browsing boutiques, or heading to Dollywood, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the Smokies have to offer—on foot, by trolley, or with a scenic drive. And when the day winds down, you'll return to the soothing soundtrack of the stream and the glow of your private fire pit.

No need to sacrifice convenience for scenery—this cabin gives you both. Park once, then cross your private wooden bridge and step directly onto the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Walk to top attractions like The Island, Old Mill District, and countless restaurants and shops. For longer adventures, hop on the Pigeon Forge trolley just down the road, or take a short drive to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, or the national park. With flat, paved roads and direct access to the city’s best spots, getting around is not just easy—it’s part of the experience.

Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book.

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

• One parking space provided directly beside the cabin.

• The fireplace is electric and operates year-round.

• Coffee maker is standard drip—please bring your preferred coffee.

• Charcoal grill provided—please bring charcoal.

• The wooden walking bridge is for guest use and fully accessible. Rail repairs may be ongoing but will not impact your stay.

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Interaction with Guests:

The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

Everything about the stay was wonderful! From booking to checkout the communication was great. The cabin met all expectations. We plan to book it again on our next visit to the Smokies.

This cute little place was such a pleasure to stay at. Close to everything but yet closed off enough to feel cozy. The only downside was the bridge was closed so we couldn't walk across to walk to any of the shops. (I think they are working on it so maybe it will be open soon) we will definitely stay here again in the future

Everything was in great shape, and location was perfect. Only had minor issue arriving late at night and there was no marking confirming cabin #, and code takes at least twice to work each time. My Lyft driver got upset and left me to figure it out on my own, and my Walmart deliverer struggled too as GPS was taking everyone to the bridge instead. Other than that, everything went smooth, and I would absolutely stay there again.

Overall, it met our needs. The heating unit outside the bedroom made a lot of noise randomly, and I had a hard time sleeping. That's my only complaint. Great stay otherwise.

Wish there had been 2 complete sets of towels. Was forced to do laundry so we would have towels the next day. The hot water got cold in the middle of the second shower. Happened both days. Noise from trash bins was horrible both days. First night woke us up wondering what was going on. Loved the location and the cabin was cute as all get out!!

We found the cabin to be clean & very well laid out. The place is very private to be so close to The Island & all of the entertainment for the kids. If you choose to drive & not walk, you’re already there. Places to eat are convenient as well. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen & we made our own breakfast each morning. The hot tub was clean & fully functional. We enjoyed it as well after walking & seeing what Pigeon Forge has to offer. The fire pit is also really well designed, featuring local rock work in its layout. Overall, the place is very quiet even though it’s located so close to the center of everything. Its location saves you the headache of having to sit through the traffic congestion while offering the same if not more privacy than you’d get high up on a mountain side.

Very nice cabin, location was amazing, just a short walk and you were at Mel’s Diner. We enjoyed our stay! My only complaint is bed was very uncomfortable. If you like a firm bed then it would be perfect for you.

I absolutely love this cabin! It’s nicely decorated, very clean and well kept. I’m also quite impressed with the comfort of the bed. I was able to sleep through the night each night waking up recharged. My only complaint is the all in one washer dryer. It took 3 dry cycles to dry a small load of clothes.
