Walk Into Downtown Pigeon Forge/Arcade/Hot Tub

We absolutely fell in love with our cabin and look forward to returning very soon. Everything was clean, decorative, stylish, and made us feel like we were at home. I would recommend for any and everyone to stay here at least once to see how great it really is. Chris was very helpful with any and all questions that we may have had. THANK YOU!!!!

We absolutely loved the home that we stayed in for the 4 nights and 5 days we spent there in Pigeon Forge. Very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay again should we ever return to the area for a getaway.

Literally everything that you would need is right in walking distance! It was so clean. My only complaint would be that the television is too high above the fireplace so you have to strain your neck to watch it. But why would you be sitting home watching the TV with so much to do?

The property was super clean and brand new. Great location! Very convenient walk to the Old Mill Restaurant, Winery, coffee shop across the street, and a Cafe that was really good. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the nice weather and relaxing. We will be back!

The perfect place for just a couple. Good location. In center of town. Host was great to work with. The only thing I can say about it is the hot tub is not real accessible. It’s in a tight spot with no easy way to get in or out and not a lot of privacy.

I’m not sure what I was expecting but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the cabin is. The living spaces are lovely, spacious, and comfortable. It was perfect for a party of 2. We were a very short walk to the Old Mill, Pottery Cafe (we ate dinner here 4 nights in a row), and shops. The coffee shop directly across the street makes great iced coffee and lattes. A lot was in pedestrian-friendly walking distance. Now for the stuff to beware. 1: The tub is a very high step up/down. Those with mobility issues will definitely find this a challenge. 2: We didn’t use the hot tub at all because of similar reasons. There is no kind of step to assist entry and exit. While getting in would have been fine, a barefoot hop down to the concrete was not going to happen. These were minor issues though and we were very happy. 10/10 would return!

This was our second stay at the cabin and we loved it just as much as the first time we stayed. It is cozy and looks just as pictured. We loved how accessible everything was from there. We enjoyed walking around patriot park and being able to just walk to the old mill district to 2 of our favorite restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent home that’s nice and clean, great location with geese, ducks, birds and straight across the road is The Smoky Mountain Cat House, a coffee shop and within walking distance is The Old Mill and all of the places it has to offer as well as the Tye Dye Shop and many others that you can walk to. This is my second stay ant Old Mill and favorite location for privacy and things to do. Highly recommend Kirkland Rentals! Great communication as well.

Very nice property. Very close to the Old Mill and downtown Pigeon Forge. Less than 4 min walk to the trolley to go to Dollywood. Communication with owners and checking process was great. Will definitely come back next time we are going to Pigeon Forge.

Came down for the weekend to celebrate our 45th anniversary. We enjoyed the coziness and the accessibility. Close to shops and restaurants and minutes away from the strip. The neighborhood was quiet and you could see the fireworks from Dollywood from the front porch!

The best cabin stay I’ve ever had in pigeon forge, and I’ve stayed in over 10 different ones. The location is perfection and the extra plus is how clean the cabin is and how nice everything is laid out and built. Will definitely stay again!

Our stay in Pigeon Forge was wonderful! The cabin was lovely, cozy, and had everything we needed. Easy walk to Dollywood trams and multiple restaurants. The hot tub was a bonus and made the trip extra relaxing. Perfect spot right in the middle of it all—already can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location to park your car and enjoy everything! Walk to breakfast, lunch even dinner and the island too! You can ride your bike on the paths and even down to the Christmas Place and beyond. We loved staying here so much and my sister came right after we did and it is now her favorite spot as well!

Loved the location, cute cabin,but the cobwebs was everywhere i had to clean with a broom and the hardwood floors was very dirty,and the bedspread had small stains ,so the wife washed them before we slept with them but with our experience we take our ownn bedding, always do,but nothing was a deal breaker, would stay again, again location was key and convenient, ty

Check in was easy. The kitchen has a half roll paper towels. There were no step to get in and out of the hot tub.

Perfect accommodations for a relaxing stay in the Smokies. Just a short drive to National Park and very short walk to fine dining, this is a great location and clean comfortable cabin.

We loved our stay and that it was so close to everything! We had seen the cabins on a previous trip and knew we would like to stay there sometime. We were not disappointed. It was the perfect place for me and my husband. We knew the bridge was out by the Old Mill so look forward to staying again when it is open. It was clean and cozy!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage! It was just the right size for our family of three. The half bath was certainly a utilized perk! Unfortunately, the Old Mill bridge being under repair made getting to the Parkway more difficult than planned for our Spring Rod Run trip. However, we hope for future stays during other car weekends. A couple of things could use some maintenance (loose shower/tub handle, outlet cover missing behind bed) and a way to fully fold the hot tube cover back would be convenient. Otherwise, it was clean and we were able to relax. Very conveniently located for a walk to the Old Mill restaurants and Espresso Yourself. The Cathouse across the road is a hidden gem as well!

500’ from the Mill. Great access to main strip. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. Was a broken glass in the cabinet. We loved this for two people.

I do not have one thing negative to say about this property. It is beautifully decorated, and it has all the necessities of home. The furniture is very comfortable, it has all the latest appliances, and the bed was comfortable. Bonus...it has a box fan, for those of us that need that in order to sleep at night. As I said, the location is perfect!! If you know where the Old Mill Restaurant is located and love it, then this is perfect for you. Literally within yards to it and the Old Mill District. Although it is close to those businesses, it was not noisy and disruptive. I would definitely recommend this home and will most likely rent again.

Amazing stay, place was super clean and very comfortable. Amazing spot right next to the Old Mill and all the shops associated. My girlfriend and I walked to the Old Mill restaurant for breakfast one day. Would definitely recommend staying here as we plan to stay here again in the future!

We have stayed lots of places in the area, but this one is hands-down the best!! Clean, comfortable bed, convenient, quiet, cozy, etc.!! Everything we needed was provided. There was even a washer and dryer not mentioned in the description. The half bath was an extra perk, as well. Perfect get-away for us! And we WILL rent again.

This house was in the center of everything and allowed us to walk to the Old Mill for breakfast and shopping. The property was clean, neat and easy to access. There were no hassles to deal with checking in.I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came up for the weekend for our anniversary, this place was amazing! In an awesome location right beside the Old Mill! It was cozy and felt like home the whole time we were there! We will definitely be staying here again!
