Cabin was great. Hoping to rent again!

Just know that the lake is 5-6ft below normal. Couldn’t get down to the dock. Beach area was great for our dogs.

Charming home, rustic and warm, incredible views, water access, and hot tub. Being down by Smith Mountain and watching sun and moon rises were top notch! Great host, communication, and ease of the business side of vacationing.

The property was the perfect spot for us to relax and recharge our batteries! Miles, our Golden was right at home!

We loved the lake view, dock access and the ability to bring our dog. It was the perfect place for our family.

We had a great anniversary trip at the relaxing and beautiful location on the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks provided, while exploring the lake and nearby islands. We enjoyed hiking in the state park, which is very close. Then we enjoyed recovering from all our kayaking and hiking in the hot tub under the stars. The cabin was very cozy and the morning sunrise was amazing.

The log cabin was great for a long weekend getaway for me and my husband as well as our pups. The lake front views are great at all times, the yard is big enough for games and fun.

Beautiful location and the perfect little cabin for the 4 of us. So peaceful and quiet. Views are amazing, and the night sky.... WOW!!!!! We rented a boat and the dock was perfect and easy to get in and out. The most relaxing vacation we've ever enjoyed.

Great stay! The cabin is very charming - just the right amount of space for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. While it is an older/rustic cabin, it is clean and well-maintained. I loved the porch - the views were my favorite while reading or having coffee. The downstairs porch isn't featured much in pictures, but we also loved that space to keep all of our boating/outside items when not in use. We rented a pontoon boat from Parkway Marina down the road. We loved exploring the lake and anchoring by the mountain to fish/hang. Overall a great stay.

First time vacationing at Smith Mountain lake. My family had a great time at the cabin. Excellent location and amazing views. We would definitely come back.

Perfect location. Lovely old log cabin with great amenities. From downstairs patio you are 20 foot easy walk to the shore , fire pit area, dock with upper deck, hot tub, grill and table and seating areas!!! Lake view is a million dollar view! We watched many deer , rabbits and even saw a hawk feeding her babies in a nest next door! Wildlife and gorgeous scenery and a lovely cabin in a quiet location—- it was wonderful.

Lovely log cottage with amazing views, loved the dock and great swimming...The upper back deck railing made us a little nervous with our small dog and unfortunately one of the landscape timber steps gave way and my fiancé broke her ankle.

The property is perfect for us. Location couldn't be better. This is the second year I've booked this home and hopefully not my last.

My family had a relaxing week at your cabin. The sunrise is gorgeous and the walk to the lake was just steps from the door. We enjoyed the use of your kayaks.

So relaxing, we really enjoyed our weekend, and had everything we needed!

We loved being directly on the water! And while I’m not a “morning person” I would wake up each morning to watch the most amazing sunrises and watch the parade of deer and squirrels around the house. Very relaxing and confirmed my goal of lakeside living!

Our family had a lovely and relaxing time in this beautiful cabin. The cabin is designed to provide the best view of the lake. We loved waking up to a picture window filled with a lake sunrise each morning.

This rustic and comfortable cabin has a beautiful lake lot offering amazing sunrise views. We were there in chilly temps and enjoyed coffee on the deck with blankets but in a warmer season the lake would be calling!

We have such a nice stay! The cabin was large and comfortable, but cozy at the same time. The view from porch and hot tub were awesome. Close to the state park for short hikes. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Very cozy and comfortable. We had a minor issue with the heat that was taken care of very promptly. The fireplace is electric, but adds to the ambiance. The sunrise view is spectacular.

The stay was right on the lake. Arrived to a full moon sunset. The was spectacular. The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it.

Perfect weekend getaway for rest and relaxation. Cozy home with amazing views of the lake. The peace and quiet we experienced sitting in the porch swing was amazing!

This was a great fall weekend for two couples and our dog. We really enjoyed the waterfront and lovely cabin. Certainly hoping to stay again for longer in the future.

This is our third time staying here and we’ve already booked our next trip. Smith Mountain Lake has become a special place for our family and this home is a huge part of that. The views from the house and porch are amazing. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook and keep busy. There’s a collection of books, DVDs and games which we always enjoy. Great dock to tie up your boat! My son never wants to leave he loves it at the cabin so much and so do we!

It was an extremely comfortable 5* cabin. Husband caught 2 catfish tho he was trying to catch carp 😂 Unfortunately, we had to leave a day earlier as ‘Helena’ was threatening our journey home to Tennessee. Thankfully we made it before Helena struck. Would certainly book again with better weather.
