Stayed Feb 10, 2022The home it’s shelf was beautiful and had amazing views, unfortunately that’s where the good ended. The very steep driveway had over a foot of snow on it and was not plowed even though the rental agreement stated it would be over 3 inches. The icy driveway was not walkable especially with a baby in tow so our only option was to drive on it to get close to the walkway. Our 4 wheel drive car got stuck and the property management was zero help at all. Even the tow company could not get the car out so we spent the entire weekend shoveling the car out of the driveway that should have been cleared in the first place. We were not provided trash bags, soap, dish detergent or sponges, no wonder the place and kitechen utensils were dirty since there was nothing to clean with. The floors under the couches were filthy and there were stains all on multiple comforters that could have easily come out if they had been washed. I would never stay here again and would never recommend this place or anyplace managed by Carolina Cabin Rentals.
