Unique 3-Bed Cabin with fireplace and waterfall

We had an excellent stay at Lazy Bear. The home is beautifully designed and furnished. We enjoyed playing games in the evening. The property is relaxing with the chairs on the porches. The fire pit is enjoyable. We have rented homes for over 10 years and this is our favorite home! It was a great family retreat.

Relaxing getaway. Cabin was super clean and had everything you would need. Bonus hike to a waterfall and the fire pit was awesome. We enjoyed the games and cornhole as well. Would definitely stay in this pet friendly cabin again.

There was a lot more items in the kitchen than one could imagine. The back screen door did not lock which was a minor issue and didnt understand why we were asked to empty the dish washer. Thats what we pay cleaning to do but no deal breaker. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. Communication was 10 out of 10!

The entire home was spacious and beautifully decorated. It appeared all accessories were chosen with quality in mind. The location was good for visiting nearby waterfalls. Would definitely recommend.

Our group of six adults enjoyed a 2 night stay at the cabin in January. We loved it! The cabin was clean and well furnished. It had all the amenities you could think of. From kitchen supplies , towels and hair dryers, washer /dryer and cozy living room area to relax. Beautiful fire pit outside w/plenty of firewood, but too cold for us Floridians to use it! Lovely porch with rocking chairs as well. The host was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this cabin and we will definitely stay again if stopping in Spencer!

Lovely cabin, clean even with all the ladybugs with EXCELLENT views! My family and I really enjoyed it! We even woke up to snow on our day of departure! Bonus!!

The rooms were clean. Other items such as ceiling fan and beams were covered in dust and the floors were swept poorly. There needs to be access to more wash cloths as well as blankets for outside use. Our fall stay had chilly mornings and nights and with no cushions for the patio furniture it made the sitting colder. It would of been nice to know to bring blankets for outside use as well as ice since the refrigerator ice machine did not work. Overall the place was beautiful and relaxing.

Clean, comfortable home with everything you need.

Super clean, roomy cabin with beautiful, quiet surroundings. We enjoyed having everything we needed for a week away with family to celebrate a birthday and explore the nearby state parks. The cabin was well stocked and we just had to bring our food!

The cabin was beautiful as was the property. Close proximity to 3 great parks.

Great relaxing cabin. The host went out of her way to get us more firewood for the big fire pit. We had a great time and plan to come back next year.

Located down a cul de sac with no visible neighbors allowed for a quiet, relaxing cabin like feel to relax in the evenings after chasing waterfalls at Fall Creek Falls State Park. Close to stores/gas station. BBQ pit worked great, space to play card games /board games in the evening with the kids. We had a wonderful time!

I stayed here with my partner, two daughters, and our dogs. The space was open and well-laid out, extremely clean, well-stocked, and very serene. The property was secluded but you didn’t have to go too far to get to necessities and it’s well placed for outdoor activities.

Great property. The road in was a little bumpy, but no big deal with a truck. It really lives up to its street name! As described, and very peaceful. Had everything we could possibly need, and then some. We truly enjoyed this beautiful property.

We had a lovely visit at the Lazy Bear Cabin. The cabin was the perfect size for our family and was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed finding our way to the waterfall in the yard (phew - it was a steep trail!) and also playing games from what they had in the cabinet - many of our family favorites were there! We never even once turned the tv on. We were able to visit 3 of the state parks with the amazing waterfalls, and the cabin was pretty central to all - pretty much a 30 minute drive in any direction. There are more parks we didn't make it to, so hopefully in the future we will be able to venture back and stay at the Lazy Bear again.

We stayed at the property to attend our daughter's baby shower with our adult children and their spouses. We had a great family weekend. Although we were on at the house much, it was a great place to return to after a long day. The house was clean and I

the area was very quite enjoyed looking at the stars and sitting on the porches, the kitchen was well supplied. responded quickly with our questions. hope to stay here again soon

Beautiful, clean cabin with everything you need to make you feel at home. The owners were super helpful with everything! We loved sitting on the front porch and watching our dogs explore the beautiful property. The location is perfect to visit state parks, several of which are within a 20 - 30 minute drive. We especially had a blast exploring/hiking at Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island and Savage Gulf State Parks. Would absolutely rent this cabin again!
