PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are allowed for stays booked for November, December, and January.

- Pets: Dogs are welcome, with a nightly fee per dog. If you plan to bring more than one, prior approval is required and additional fees may apply. For bookings made through third-party sites like Airbnb, the dog fee will be requested separately after your reservation is confirmed. Other animals: Any pet other than a dog must be approved in advance. A flat fee of up to $500 may apply depending on the type of animal.

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30-4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- County permit number: 003831

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age. Guests under the age of 25 will be required to provide additional insurance at check-in, with a non-refundable fee of $70.00.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $28 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
