Tropical Treehouse surrounded by Jungle Gardens

This property was AMAZING! This was by far our most unique family vacation. It isn’t always easy to please everyone

Very clean , quite, all the amenities you need.

We had a great stay! We felt like we were in a tropical paradise! Mr. Henry was a great host! We will definitely be back!

This property was amazing and just what our family of four needed to get away for a long weekend. There was plenty to do for both of our children under 10 years of age. We went boating and fishing for the first time and hiked around many trails. We loved the Toucan Treehouse and recommend this experience!

Place was like stepping outside of reality driving up to the tree house. Awesome scenery and loved everything about the place. Owner is excellent at what he does, with the trivia and history questions for my kids, really made us feel welcomed. As well as everything on the property, didnt have to go anywhere to have fun. Best place ive rented!!!!!

The host was amazing and welcoming! Such a nice, peaceful place. The treehouse was very clean and well maintained. Perfect getaway!

This was such an amazing experience! A true tree house high above with all the amenities needed to relax and unwind and enjoy being so high up. We saw deer, watched as squirrel ran and chased each other and just sat outside in the brisk, cool air! A fantastic, unique experience! Thank you Henry!!

The tree house was a great place to stay for our girls trip. Not a lot of room inside to hang out but there was plenty of room on the decks and porches. The property was beautiful and had so much to do and see. (We only left to go eat) Henry was very nice and informative about the treehouse and the property. Oh and the heated bathroom floor was a nice little bonus! Would definitely go again!

So much fun, Had a great time fishing, canoeing, kayakinghiking and exploring. Trails were great. Tree house was amazing. So glad we stayed for 5 nights there was so much to do.

Mr Henry was so nice and informative and accommodating! He is funny too!! The Toucan Tree House was a very unique and cool and special experience! Its pretty magical and a tropical escape right in the middle of Arkansas! We will be back!

This was absolutely an amazing trip! It was like Heaven on Earth! One of the most adventurous places I’ve ever been! The treehouse was something like out of the jungle it was STUNNING! 1000% recommend! Mr. Henry was the absolute sweetest man and we enjoyed having him.

Our family of four will never forget our stay at the Toucan Treehouse! Henry greeted us with all the details and threw in a few funnies. :) Our first night we did some exploring and swam at the pool. The following day we hiked to the other side of the property and found all the fun surprises. We fished and kayaked and cooked. It was the perfect summer vacay. Highly recommend!

The treehouse was amazing and the property grounds the same!!!! The imagination and details that went into the home and the property were incredible! We enjoyed it all!!! Would definitely love to go back!

This tree house is absolutely amazing. Easy check-in and Mr. Henry made us feel welcomed. It's was definitely a one of a kind experience. Absolutely loved it!

Such a unique get away. This is perfect for adventurous kids (and adults). The treehouse has pretty much everything you need and is such a fun place to stay. It felt like our own little paradise with the blue water of the private lake in front. We loved floating and swimming and exploring the whole property. Henry is very kind and accessible for any needs. He acquainted us with everything on arrival and then disappeared into the jungle lol. We didn’t see him again but he was quick to answer a call for a question I had. You can tell he put a lot of love into the treehouse, there’s a twinkle in his eye when he tells you of his masterpiece! Thanks Henry! We loved it and hope to return. Vaughn-Claire wants to attend Camp Winnamocka :)

It was a great new experience to stay in a beautiful treehouse with modern amenities. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We were so lucky to happen upon this listing. The photos and description had us expecting a wonderful time. Our little vacation was more than we anticipated. Not one detail could have been better. From birding pamphlets and binoculars near huge picture windows in the sky to hammocks and a fire pit for s’mores. We trekked the gorgeous property around lakes complete with blooming irises under huge trees and even bamboo. The kids enjoyed every second of their time. Henry was kind, informative and helpful. He has created something so special.

The Treehouse was a unique mostly- 5 star experience. Unfortunately not quite everything was. The bunk beds weren't comfortable. The map for location of activities wasnt accurate. The shower temp was hard to adjust. But it was beautiful and peaceful location.and left for confusion.

It was perfect! The weather was chilly and drizzling and it was perfect. The treehouse was something out of a dream, the property was magnificent and Henry was the absolute best with his patience as we got a little lost along the way. The only thing that could have made it better is it we got to stay another week. I took my daughter for her 12 birthday and she said it was the he best and she’ll remember it forever. We loved it!!

We could only stay one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. There is so much to explore. Mr. Henry is a remarkable and accommodating host. We’ll be back!

Henry was great at explaining everything we needed to know about the property. The attention to detail throughout the treehouse and property was incredible! We had a great time and will be going back!
