Tranquility Ridge Stays

Took my family for a weekend trip. The inside was cute, fit our family of 7 perfectly. The neighborhood had a huge pool we enjoyed. Brought fishing poles but sadly didn’t caught anything after trying 2 ponds. Through one of the other gates was McClure pond that had a beautiful water fall next to it. The kids climbed it and played in the water. The outside was quite dusty and leaves all over the porch. Just needed a good cleaning outside. The hot tub worked great. Main thing for improvement - there wasn’t any paper towels, a guide for the neighborhood would be helpful as we didn’t know where to bring our trash, and it also said towels for the hot tub are provided but there was only 2. Side note- you cannot have food on the pool deck but they have picnic tables next to it.

Had trouble accessing the property due to the gate code not being provided in time. When we did access the property, the hot tub had been left unfastened from the last guest and was unusable until a repairman was sent out. Otherwise a lovely space.

Everything was great. Loved the view. Layout of main room was great. Would have been nice to have had some fire wood.

We had an amazing time! The view from the huge cabin windows is incredible! It was so quiet and peaceful. My biggest regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Everything was great with the actual stay. House was very modern and nice. All amenities were great. Pool table and spa tub kept us busy. The house was pretty dusty and spider webs were in the corners/on walls. Not that big of a deal for us and I understand it’s surrounded by woods so maybe that was supposed to be expected. We did have an issue getting into the gate at walnut mountain. The gate code was never sent to me through email before we arrived. I did receive the house code but not the gate code. There is absolutely zero service at the entrance of the mountain. We had to drive all the way back into town before we gained service. Called Vacasa and the customer service rep was still unable to give us the gate code. He informed us that this was a previous issue noted on this house and told us he would give us a call back in 30 minutes to give us the code. Thankfully the guard at the gate was nice enough to let me in because he was also aware that vacasa had given previous renters issues with the gate code. This put our check in back about an hour and a half all together. Very frustrating. I suggest making it a priority to send the gate code along with the house code. Besides that issue, everything was par for the trip and we had a great time.

This property exceeded our expectations.It was comfy, clean, had a beautiful view, really nice neighborhood and lots of deer sightings.
