the cabin was very cutely decorated, very cozy beds and felt quite clean. our kids loved the hammocks in the back yard and swinging chairs on the porch. the owner was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. would definitely rent again!

This is an amazing house! It is very comfortable, great backyard and an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. We stay at VRBOs a lot and this is one of the only ones we plan on booking again. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our precious dog Jaxon passed away very suddenly right before we were scheduled to come. We decided to come anyway. It was so important to get away and help heal from this loss. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks for helping us through this difficult time.

A great little cabin to visit.

My son and I stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The place was perfect for us and our fur babies. The property owner checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was great!

Our second stay at the cabin was as comfortable as our first. The location to restaurants and recreational activities is great. Our host is helpful and welcoming. We look forward to staying here next year.

The cabin was in a nice area and very peaceful. But it is not well maintained. The HVAC filter was so dirty there was dirt hanging in the vent cover. We found a new filter and replaced it. The dishwasher had standing water in the bottom because the filter was so dirty. We cleaned it, but it was disgusting. There is a grill on the property but it was so dirty and unusable. There was a layer of grime over many surfaces. We would not return here.

If you are a hiking enthusiast, you will love the proximity of this cabin to the Hiking Trail. However, this is a very small cabin that is in need of updating in all rooms. The furniture in the living room is covered but welll worn. There are no dressers in the bedrooms and the bedside tables were made by the owners as small bedside tables. There is no table and although there is a kitchen counter the stools are not counter height making it impossible to use as a table. All cabins on this loop have deep yards with many trees. However, the scenery both on the the deck and in the yard was marred by two large hammocks hung from the ceiling of the deck and two more hammocks hung from different trees in the yard. The difference between this yard and the two on each side needs to be noted. I stayed for one month but this cabin would be more appropriate for a day or two.

The property was very well maintained and well appointed to met our needs. Located near trails and a lake, there was lots to do there. Will try to stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was great! Beds and bedding were perfectly comfortable. Patio with chair swings were relaxing and fun. Yard was great for the dogs. Shower water pressure was amazing. Dan, our contact for the cabin was just a text away. He showed up just after we arrived with a bag of ice. He told us that the ice maker was not working and to please let us know if we need anything else. He was great too. I only like to stay at places that reviews state they are very clean. So I do have to mention that some of the dishes/silverware still had some (very little) food on them. They must have come out of the dishwasher that way. I didn’t like that much but it was minor. Also, in the background, when we got there we went to the backyard with the dogs and there was old dog poop that had not been picked up prior to us arriving. It was very old and we only saw a few of them. It happens and I know it is hard to see once it has been sitting for a while. Overall, the cabin was great and we definitely would stay there again.
