This stunning Torreon Cabin set in the cool pines of Show Low, AZ features four bedrooms plus a spacious loft and an amazing fireplace as a centerpiece for family gatherings. The open concept floor plan with wall to wall windows provides stunning wooded views with lots of natural light. There are beautiful large decks on the front and back of this gorgeous cabin. Escape the summer heat or visit during the winter and partake in skiing/snowboarding at Sunrise Ski Resort just a 40 minute drive.

Cabin located in a gated community. Garage can accommodate two vehicles and the driveway has ample space for two additional vehicles.

Complimentary access to the clubhouse dining, fishing pond located near the maintenance yard and two holes of golf behind the fishing pond. Both holes roughly 120 yards.

Social Amenity Access - Torreon has several amenities including the Fitness Room, Swimming Pool & Hot Tub, Family Center which includes an arcade, pickleball, tennis, basketball, playground.

Social Amenity Card is $400 plus $150 dollars for each additional designee up to three. Social Amenity Card must be requested no less than five days prior to arrival.

A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

B. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

C. Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation.

D. Renter must be at least 28 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

E. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.

G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.

UTILITY TRAILERS Overnight parking of utility trailers of any kind is prohibited. They must be stored in a garage or at a storage facility overnight. OVERNIGHT PARKING of vehicles or trailers is prohibited on any Torreon roadway. PROHIBITED VEHICLES from being parked or stored on any lot or street include: utility trailers, ATVs, pop up tents or any vehicle which detracts from the intent, purpose or general appearance of the community.

    Came up here with a bunch of family for MDW. It was incredible. The house was absolutely perfect. Spread out so everyone had privacy. Amenities were awesome. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Cannot wait to come back.

    Arrived at the property was very easy to have access to the cabin. Everything in the cabin was clean and organized, and we had everything that we needed for the stay. The views were beautiful in the back patio and very roomy. Communication with the owner was excellent. One of the things that I really liked was the golf cart that we had access to that was in the garage was Fun for everybody.. I would definitely stay in this cabin again.
