Tiny Home Cabin @ Nolin Lake Close to Mammoth Cave. Couple's Retreat w/ Hot Tub

I didn't like the bed because you could not sleep 2 people up there. The parking sucked has to carry everything up the hill and the wrap around porch should have a roof so when it rains you can still enjoy sitting outside and in the hot tub and the cleaner was really rude we did not know it was central time when we showed up so we were on time on our time it was our anniversary and could not even contact the host if we needed roo

It was a nice camping spot, but not really a couples retreat. There was mich less privacy than what we expected, and there is very little room in the sleeping loft. It was clean, and we enjoyed having a fire and time in the hot tub.

TJ was quick to answer and very helpful. The house is quaint and very comfortable. We totally enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. This is a great place to stay.

It’s a great little cabin. Small but cozy. The loft does have a very low ceiling, but kind of reminded me of RV camping so I didn’t mind it. It’s part of the adventure.

The cabin was pretty clean. Some of the throw blankets seemed a little dingy and some things were pretty worn but still in usable condition. It was a little too warm sometimes even with the AC on. The hot tub was great and we had a lot of fun sitting on the porch playing uno as well as playing corn hole out front. Feel like the price was a little bit high considering that it is a tiny house, but overall it was still pretty good. My only big complaint is that the cleaning guy was still there when we arrived 4 and a half hours after the promised time for the cabin to be ready and we thought that there was a mix up and someone else had also booked that cabin. Kinda crazy!

Very cute and cozy cabin. Having a clean hot tub on the deck and washer/dryer in the room was a huge bonus. The loft area is very tight for 2 people, the place could use an additional portable heater, and more fresh towels in the room would have been great. Beautiful remote location with easy access lock system.

The cabin rental was disappointing. There is absolutely no privacy at all. There is a literal house that sits adjacent and overtop of the property. Unfortunately, the cabin was not comfortable in the least way. And I ended up paying extra for cleaning for pet fur/hair that didn't even belong to my pet (was shown a photo of hair that clearly wasn't from my pet . . . . ) Just so very very disappointing. Certainly not worth the nightly rate. Please pick another place to stay if you're wanting comfort, privacy, or fairness.

Very cozy place! Eazy check in. The hot tub was outstanding.

We had a great little geteway with our dog. The property was clean and tidy, and the hot tub was fantastic for relaxing after long day's of exploring caves and hiking the trails at Mammoth Cave National Park. Highly recommend for a couples getaway. The host T.J.. checked in via vrbo to make sure everything was going well.

Property outside was very poorly maintained, hot tube poorly maintained, deck/porch was constructed very poorly with floor boards uneven and sharp screws and nails sticking out,loose railings and light bulbs burnt out and missing from strand of lights outside. It was not secluded at all with another unit 10 feet away. Not satisfied at all for the price. Coffee maker needed to be cleaned also .

The cabin was really nice and well taken care of.

It was in the middle of a trailer park. surrounded by campers and mobile homes. some so close you could overhear conversations. we had hoped for more privacy. the lake and all recreational areas were closed due to recent flooding. No one's fault but a note in the listing would have been nice. Cabin was very nice.

please do not waste your time, not as depicted in photographs- an average adult can't turn over in the sleeping quarters- bathroom/ shower does not meet current plumbing codes- there's an obvious reason the photos are taken at night - be advised owner will not respond if there's a dispute.. please note any poor review is removed from their logbook on the property

The cabin was great and we loved having easy access to the water. Since the house is small the outdoor space makes it worth it and the land and amenities were lovely

This little place was exactly as advertised. Some nice charm to it!Like most little houses, don't expect much privacy from your travel mates, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. If your neighbors are out at their fire pit during your stay, you'll likely want to give them a wave since it's rather close. Think of it like camping! Overall a very nice piece of property and great place to call home while visiting sites in the area! We mostly used the residence for home base while doing tours at the caves,

Every amenity was provided, and the tiny cabin conversion was absolutely cozy and perfect for the two of us to have a romantic little getaway. We were a little startled at the closeness of other homes, but it was no bother at all for the quiet and remote seclusion when we settled in. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come again.

The cabin Is exactly as stated. We enjoyed and used the cozy kitchen every morning and night. Each day we spent adventuring the area. At night we used the charcoal grill. Then, after dinner we relaxed in the hot tub. The climb up to the loft was interesting, yet managable. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

Charming! We and the doggies had a relaxing stay. It was like we were the only people on Earth all three days.

Very clean, and cozy. The hot tub was working in great condition. Loved the peacefulness and the fire pit. Loved that there was all the things there already provided to make our stay for 2 days a little more easier going on us.
