This Is It!! Creekside Cabin with Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Starlink High Speed WiFi!!

I cannot tell you how much my little family enjoyed this cabin by the stream. The cabin itself was perfect and had everything we needed, but the property was just amazing for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and my son says that he can’t wait to rent this cabin again and again.

We had an amazing stay. The beds were comfortable, the cabin was very clean with a warm and cozy environment. We enjoyed that we could hear the stream while we were sleeping. Would definitely rate this stay 10/10 and were already talking about booking it again in August.

This was a neat little place on the river! The host was very welcoming and had a list of nearby things to do as well. I found it very odd having to take our trash to the dump ourselves, but we made it happen though. Wouldn’t mind coming back and staying here again.

This little cabin is a fabulous, peaceful getaway! Sitting by the creek in the hot tub is so relaxing!

Great location! Cabin, hot tub, and fire pit are all next to the stream. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Cabin was cozy but dated a bit. Kitchen had the basic basics to get by for the week. Hot tub was nice. Communication was good with host. Not to far

Everything was Great. The Host Kathy, was on top of everything. Recommendations from food to eat in town and the hiking to every great spot. Also had a local Bobcat introduce himself at the bridge. Didn't have to go far just across the bridge and you was on a trail. Thank you, for allowing us to enjoy your space in the mountains.... We will be back!

Great location, comfortable, enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and the river was beautiful. The property was immaculate and very convenient. The only reason for 4 stars is pots and pans and knives and hot tub. The hot tub lid was so waterlogged I couldn't get it off to use the tub. I'm a fit woman but I would have needed a man's help to remove the lid. The pots and pans were in very poor shape and I had to go buy a knife to use because the knives were so dull. Maybe this is a safety thing, I don't know?Other than that, the bed was cozy and the property was absolutely lovely. If you are traveling with a family, it's perfect. Lots of cozy blankets around to snuggle up with, and lots of trails near by.

Nice place with most amenities! Could use a deep clean for cobwebs, walls kinda dirty, windows and algae build up on decks and walk ways. Also could use some new rugs through the house the one in are VERY used!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home and location were perfect for our anniversary getaway! Extremely clean and just as described. My favorite part was the beautiful creek on the property. So relaxing!

Great place to chill. One bath room is off kitchen and other is in hall. Very close to creek and great sound of rapids. Not far to town

The creek is perfect for kids to play and fish. The fire pit area is charming. The house had plenty of space.

We had a great stay, only critique would be additional electrical outlets or electrical strips added. Didn’t seem to be a ton of electrical outlets. Otherwise such an amazing place, we will look to book exact same place in the future.

Nice, quiet, comfy. Inside was nice...everything represented was there and available.

The setting was beautiful with the sound of a rushing creek behind the house. So relaxing! Will likely return.

Only issue was unable to make phone calls from cell phone. Could text but to make. calls. Was advertised there was a landline, but there was not.Very nice place though.

A planned weekend away from the hustle and bussle of work life. We hiked on part of the Appalachian Trail, to experience Wayah Bald, Wesser Fire Tower and saw many waterfalls. Franklin is one of our favorite places to visit. The locals are extremely nice. There is so much to see and do. We are actually looking forward to becoming transplants to Franklin one day in the future.

The house was quaint, backing out of the driveway was hard to do, due to shrubbery and curve in road right before the driveway. On line it was mentioned they had a land line, which was not there and my cell reception did not exist while, thankfully,my friends did. The home is located in a good area and close to many places to visit and things to do. We enjoyed our visit.

This cabin and it's location gave us the perfect family weekend. We hiked to waterfalls, drove to Wayah Bald, and visited the Lazy Hiker Brewery... but we were always just as eager to get back to the cabin and enjoy the creek, fire pit, and hot tub! The proximity to hiking trails and to town were great for us, and we would definitely return!

We loved our stay! The communication with the property manager was great, she was very quick to respond to some questions we had about the area. The house is very clean and the beds were comfy. We loved the hot tub and our children loved the stream. We had a campfire one night as well. A great family friendly spot that we will definitely consider again!

Wonderful long weekend spent at a cozy cabin with scenic views of cascading waters down a beautiful stream, a hot tub with a view, and a fire pit area. The cabin was beautifully appointed with a cozy sunroom, well-stocked kitchen with some seasonings, crock pot, utensils, and cookware. We enjoyed the quaint living room with a fireplace. The two beds were very comfortable. When we received the 7 pages of directions for the cabin, we were a little taken aback by the details. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a rental with such detailed instructions. But, being rule-followers and having an appreciation for any question we had being answered, we were pleased with all the instructions. We understand, nowadays, people don’t always respect others’ stuff! Kathy was very attentive and responsive to our needs and questions! The Starlink was perfect for our use. It was easy to connect to. It was also easy to set up WiFi calling on our phones. We were able to make FaceTime calls to show our families the beautiful place with no problem!

Very nice stay-perfect, quiet, lovely location and very nice accommodations.

Our family needed some down time to rest, reconnect and be together! This home provided just that! Listening to the stream everyday was so beautiful and brought such peace! The hot tub was great and so much fun to have some nice conversation! The beds were comfy and the couches were too!! We enjoyed every minute of staying at this rental! The location of it is beautiful in the mountains, although I will admit it’s a little unnerving getting out of the driveway! But that’s only because people sometime fly around the curves! We cannot wait for our next trip back to Franklin, and booking this house - or maybe another one of Kathy’s houses again! Thanks for a great stay!

The highlights of our stay were the creek, the fire pit and the hot tub. The cafe lights around the fire pit over the little footbridge was idyllic and picturesque. A few things to be aware of : We did not realize that there was not a primary bedroom with en-suite bath- the 2nd bathroom is also the laundry room and located just off the kitchen which was odd but older homes can be quirky- it’s part of their charm. Please be aware the coffee pot is very basic, can’t be programmed and no auto shutoff - takes a long time to brew. Also please know that due to the possibility of attracting bears or critters there is no outside trash bin and you’re asked to haul away your own household trash. The trash are is about 5 miles away so not a big deal. Lovely place and we would stay again.The surrounding area is beautiful and downtown Franklin was also very nice- we made a trip to Andrews for a rail bike tour and we highly recommend that Great communication from the host and quick response.whenever I had a question.

In leu of the huricane, (Helene), we came and enjoyed the much needed rest. We never lost power and were able to watch the Big Game Ala. vs. Ga. I won't say who we were rooting for but we were happy with the outcome, whew! We would have liked to enjoy the hot tub more but the drizzle kept us out. ): The gas log fireplace was such a nice addition to add ambiance to our stay. Thank you Kathy for working with us on our stay, my wife had a wonderful birthday. I would recomend this place to others!

Property was great. Clean and spacious. Really cool grounds, lots of spots to relax in. Really close to a lot of fun outdoors activities. Good appliances for the kitchen, and ingles is right around the corner for groceries. All around great time.

Stayed at the cabin for a girl's trip last summer and it was amazing. I had been hatching a plan to come back with my husband and daughter (19yrs) since then. Now they understand why I wanted to bring them here. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. The hot tub overlooking the creek is relaxing. The location of the cabin is perfect, as well. Just a few minutes into the adorable town of Franklin with many shops and restaurants. The Scottish Tartan museum was interesting. Lovely hikes nearby. I can't wait to come back and stay again soon.

Great property, clean house and very relaxing to sit by the creek. It was our 2nd time here and will come back again.
