Stayed Jun 26, 2019Everything was nice and comfortable and only thing to say is they do need something better on the highway to show there location better like a sign closer to the highway or lighting at night.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025I booked 2 days at the Uvalde side of the duplex. It was a spontaneous trip, and I was relieved at how easy it was to book our stay. It was my first time using VRBO, so I was a little hesitant…but everything went great! The property was beautiful! We loved the cozy feel. The property was close to Garner State Park, which was a plus for us. The host was very precise/clear with the check-in and check-out procedures. Everything was detailed and upfront- I didn’t have to reach out to ask any questions.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Whiskey Hill. The cabin provided a nice option to get away, instead of being stuck in a hotel. It is right off the highway, but has lots of trees around it, providing a country feel. We will definitely be coming back !

Stayed Jul 6, 2023My family had a great 4 day stay in the cabin. The cabin has everything you need and very clean. The place is quiet and has a nice nature view. The area is minutes drive to Garner State Park. The property manager can easily be contacted anytime. We'll definitely comeback to stay on this cabin and will recommend to our families and friends.
