Stayed Aug 13, 2024We enjoyed this comfortable home so much! It was VERY well-stocked with all the essentials, except for hair dryers. We loved the deck and gazebo, where we listened to the river swiftly flowing over the rocks. The views are gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The house is located just feet from the banks of the Salmon River in Lower Stanley. It was wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the river! The house had everything we needed. Furnished in 50/60s cabin style, it is comfortable and roomy. Even without AC, the river current keeps the lower floor very cool. The upstairs warmed during the day, but opening the windows as evening began cooled it off as well. A great place from which to enjoy everything the Sawtooths have to offer.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023My family (kids age 9 & 5) stayed here for 6 days in August. Stanley was a slice of Heaven. This cabin was the perfect home base for all of the outdoor activities and a cozy spot to retreat to at night. We escaped the Texas heat and went hiking, fishing, kayaking, and even enjoyed a trip to the local fish hatchery. The cabin is just what you need, with a stunning view and outdoor space. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for sharing your incredible property!
