The Rock House | LUX w/ Hot Tub, Karaoke Stage + Poker Table

There was some cleaning issues - maybe dog poop or something in one of the rooms. It was really small and not a huge deal. We had trouble finding a remote and had to download something on our phone. The upstairs split unit has to be on the same setting in each room up there (one person likes a hot room and the other likes a cold one) so, that was a small issue too. Other than that, it was a great place. Lots of board games, the hot tub works, there’s a smoker and a grill (the grill could used cleaning), the space is well located to RRG and there’s a lot of privacy. The hosts are extremely responsive.

Everything was as expected. We had an amazing spring break and couldn’t have picked a better cabin.

Great location, good vibes, cool decor and overall a fun house to stay in. Close to all outdoor attractions. Good communication and response when informing of issues including dirty glasses in the cupboards, dirty table on deck and broken chairs at the poker table. Previous guests probably had a great time but left glasses and outdoor table dirty/sticky. They supply a good start for kitchen and bathroom supplies but we had to buy a couple extra kitchen towels because there was only one. We also bought some beach towels to sit on outside because the patio cushions looked like they had been on tour. Recommend for families with teens especially if into outdoors and music.

This is a beautiful property! We are already talking about re-booking for next Thanksgiving! The staff, owner and management are stellar, and incredibly accomidating!

Cabin was very nice, clean nicely decorated with maybe exception of Full size Jean Simmons looking over your bed. Great seating areas, very comfortable. Having the decoration theme “rock and roll” maybe the ability to play vintage music would be nice. Enjoyed the stay and we liked the two red chairs in the woods.

Absolutely wonderful property! Perfect getaway for the weekend with the girls!! Everything was as described! Beds were comfy as well!

We had a blast staying here. The karaoke was so much fun at night after a day full of adventures.

We were in the area for a kayaking trip that unfortunately got canceled due to all the rain. However, we found we were in a very convenient location to do a lot of hiking and enjoy the beautiful mountains in KY. The Rock house was a fun and convenient place to stay. The managing company was easy to work with and very thorough with check in and check out steps and directions to the house. Beautiful site!

Great house! Cozier than what the pictures show! Great theme to the house! Friendly neighbors. Could use more towels/ dishwashing detergent etc. a short drive to entertainment/ activities to do!

We had a great time at The Rock House! One of the most unique places we have ever stayed! Karaoke was a huge hit!! Beds were comfortable, and kitchen had most everything we needed. Only thing we couldn’t find were measuring cups. The hammock chairs were also a big hit. Our only regret is that we didn’t book more days.

Very cool cabin with plenty of parking.
