Great back porch for entertaining as well as sweet backyard to relax the day away. 2 blocks from the Russian River and Pattersons Point as well as in a flat area near the river for great walkability into town or down Moscow Road. You will love bird watching and reading your favorite book, wine tasting and hunting for treasures at quaint antique stores, sunsets at the coast and finding your favorite place for clam chowder, hiking thru the redwoods and hearing nothing but peace.
