Cassie was very responsive and very informative. I appreciated that. The cabin was squeaky clean, and they even had an on-site store. Everything exceeded my expectations

Great location with rustic charm. The well‑stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and nights were dark and quiet. Beds were meh, and the window unit was loud (light sleepers take note), but shutting it off at night worked fine. Our sleeping bags kept us warm, and the cabin reheated quickly each morning. We'd absolutely stay again. Rustic charm outweighs the quirks.

This cabin and the facility is a GEM ! Right in the middle of every reason you want to visit the area. The cabin is a true definition of Glamping ! Everything you need to enjoy the time. We loved the decor, and the setup. And our dog loved it ! No Problems at all. This is our go to for the Hill country now. Thank you !

The cabin was a perfect size for us 3 and I was impressed with the amount of kitchen accessories there were. I’m a big cooker so I brought my own stuff but didn’t need it. We spent both days at Garner, which was very close, and spent the night cooking with a fire.

Our family enjoyed staying here. Easy check in, nice location. The cabin had everything needed to make our stay easy. We were able to cook and even bake brownies. maybe a rice cooker would be nice, it would make cooking rice easier. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard. Close to garner sate park and lost maples park. I would recommend staying here.

tried to t the communications said do not reply. Phone not able to be answered. Suddenly after date where could not cancel and get refund, it was all hi. When got there could not find email or text that said name of cabin, so went to the one that looked like photo on website. Other guy with different cabin took pity on me and called in and got help. Oh, they tell you that phone reception and such is limited but promise 24/7 accessibility via phone. Also I;m old and not up to date on all computer technology. Finally got in and to right cabin. Had nice time. second or third day got help on tv access. Just old couple reading books and enjoying the views, etc. When daughter and granddaughters got there, they had brought a friend and an air mattress. It was late and i did help with sheets and such. But wasn't looking when she unplugged an outlet so she could fill the air mattress. Ooops. It was the one for the tv and the satellite, so no more tv. I yelled not to unplug it but was too late. Anyway, spouse and I left early next day due to hurricane and not wanting to be stuck on roads that flood. Kids went to Frio to enjoy surroundings. To be fair it was my first time using vrbo or any such thing. I don't do aps and portals well. So not old people friendly. (stereotype) But it reminded me of my parents' cabin at their old farm, which has been sold, building demolished. So it was homey to me.

I have stayed many places in Frio Country and this was by far my favorite. The shower was amazing, the room stayed cold, and it is conveniently located right outside of Leaky! We will be back!
