**PET OWNERS READ THESE IMPORTANT RULES** Thank you.
**WE DO NOT CHARGE ADDED PET FEES .. : )
Please keep your dogs inside the fenced area or on a leash when walking on the property. Our wonderful neighbors on both sides are permanent residents and have dogs that are free to run on their properties one fenced and one not fenced. If they were to notice a strange dog in their neighborhood they might come to investigate. Although they are super friendly dogs we would like to avoid any possible issues that might arise. If you happen to meet the neighbors and your dogs become friendly, well that would be ideal for all. Last but not least, we back up to the Chattahoochee National Forest and your beloved pet could get lost in the woods. As long as your furry family members are well supervised and leashed when outside the gate there should be no problems. Stay safe and enjoy the country life!
***Check out our Facebook page @ "The Cabin on Stonewall Creek". I posted five "Google Earth" presentations I made to help guide you around Rabun County. The categories are: 1. Hiking & Waterfalls; 2. Vineyards & Wineries; 3. Restaurants; 4. Shopping & More and 5. Boating & more. Each one highlights several places and includes brief descriptions, addresses and the driving distance from the cabin. They are interactive and fun to use.
Awesome
We LOVED this cabin! When we first arrived it was so dark and cold that I fumbled a bit with the lockbox but thanks to the instructions is was extremely easy getting inside. The cabin is ADORABLE! We felt right at home! Michelle & Mark did a wonderful job decorating the home for the holiday and we were all super cozy! My pup loved the extra space and even got to see horses for the first time. We were about 15-20 minutes away from everything we needed and our gracious hosts left us lots of games, wood for the fire pit, and different ideas on things to do in the area (from resturants to trails). I would absoluetly recommend this cabin and will definitely try to get back out there again.
Owner is very prompt with issues. Gorgeous location.
Charming house that is well stocked with tons of amenities. We loved the location just close enough to town and just far enough away. We had a heated corn hole competition nightly. The house was lovely. I want to thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their home with the two and four legged members of our family. We made lots of happy memories.
Great property fantastic location we will definitely be returning!
The house was immaculate when we arrived and was very comfortable for our group of six, including young children and adults. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. Michelle was very available to respond to any questions that we had, and we appreciated the flexibility about check-in and check-out times. We found many nice activities nearby and enjoyed the property with the large deck, big grassy area, and the horses that lived next door.
Our overall impression of this property was amazing. Everything from location, cleanliness, and the property manager. All of my family members thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away to the Clayton area:)
My son and I took an extended weekend to do some fly fishing and hiking! We were really pleased with the cabin and our stay! We plan on returning this summer! The camp was truly set up for anything you could possibly want or need! Thank you!
We had a great stay. The cabin was clean, well stocked and prettier than the pictures. It was a quiet neighborhood and the perfect spot for hiking. They had a nice library of books that we enjoyed. We loved the dining room table and the stairs.
We had a wonderful Valentines weekend at Stonewall Creek cabin. I could of just spent the whole weekend lounging around the cabin and enjoying the simplicity of the place. So many little things made me smile from the beautiful large hardwood steps leading to the bedrooms to the rustic cabinet hardware on the kitchen Cabinets and the rustic dining room table. I absolutely loved having coffee on the front porch with the creek and neighbors horses below us it kinda felt like a hallmark movie ?The cabin was very clean and was stocked with everything you may need Incase you left something behind. I enjoyed reading the Mountain magazine and the Facebook Google Earth was a great help finding a small gem Stonewall Creek waterfall. ? Our Shepard loved laying by the heater at night and playing outside in the fenced in pet area. We are already planning our next trip at Stonewall Creek Cabin but we will definitely be staying longer. Thank you Michelle and Mark for responding quickly to our texts and sharing your little piece of Serenity with us. Can’t wait to visit again soon I hope.
