Note: if the cabin is available on the same day of booking, VRBO, may not allow you to book, please reach out to us, we have a work around. About this cabin….This was originally a woodshop that was used to mill lumber, and do all the work for the property. We converted it to a large open area bunkhouse. 1 private bedroom downstairs, and then a large area for lots of people to enjoy and sleep in upstairs. There are 16 beds but can sleep up to 21. (still only 2 bathrooms, so you will need to work with this) The lower level has a HUGE kitchen, and open area, along with games, and large television. Sit on the deck and enjoy the outdoors listening to the birds and animals. Or you can move your group to the campfire to share some memories, or create new ones. During the day, you can go sit, swim, or float in the creek. In the late 1830's the Hildebrand-Beck Mill was being built, right across the street from our property, along the creek. It was one of the oldest working mills in the U.S. During the civil war, federal troops occupied this land. After the war, in 1872 Ezekial Proctor accidentally shot Pauline Hildebrand and touched off a feud that resulted in a shootout at the Goingsnake Court House. The threads of the tapestry of history have woven in and out on this quiet setting. One last reminder: if you’re gonna bring a pet, please register your pet. We have found that trying to add a pet after initial registration with Vrbo tends to be complicated.

This is a fun little property built to disconnect and build memories. From outside, it looks like a run down old buolding and it had my wife asking me what I had booked us... but once you step inside, it was a beautiful cabin with plenty of space an seating for a family reunion. There were only 4 of us, but I think this place could comfortably sleep 20. The spacious kitchen island was a center hangout. The entire downstairs was packed with games: from shuffleboard, to darts, to puzzles and board games, even a old school Galaga arcade game. The host was always available and quick to respond, while never intruding into our space. I highly recommend this property and host.

This was our 4th year in a row staying at this cabin to float the river! We love this place. It is perfect for a large group.

Fantastic, well stocked house! We had a great weekend close to both Siloam Springs and Natural Falls.

We surprised our kiddos with a Christmas get away, hallmark movie theme. This cabin was PERFECT!! We decorated sugar cookies, played minute-to-win-it games, enjoyed the fire pit, hot chocolate, popcorn, and Christmas movies. The shuffle board, darts, puzzles and board games at the cabin were a much appreciated addition and we thoroughly enjoyed competing and making so many fun memories. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed! They have truly thought of everything- baby bed, highchair, lots of towels, extra blankets, games/puzzles, kitchen utensils, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, fire wood, dog crate, etc. Highly recommend! Kids are already asking when we can go back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin with us and allowing us to create special Christmas memories!!

We had a great stay at the bunkhouse. You can tell that this property is a labor of love for the owner, and they really go the extra mile to make sure their guests are fully accommodated. The bunkhouse was so charming and full of so many fun things to do as a family. The entire property is so inviting and family friendly. My kids loved the scavenger hunt! We plan on returning during the summer!

This was our second time staying at the bunkhouse! Our family loves it! There are plenty of games and activities to do inside for a more relaxing day, or there are activities outside if you want to get out! The kids love playing in the creek and the bunkhouse is located close enough that we could go everyday! Its also just a short drive from town. Our kids keep asking to go back, and I think that speaks for itself!

The bunkhouse served as an excellent gathering point for family and friends throughout the graduation weekend. Darts and Shuffleboard and Galaga were in play!
