The property had many challenges. I would not recommend it as a main accommodation. Multiple issues from a broken couch to plumbing challenges. The owner came by and removed the screen from the bathroom sink faucet to make that work, but not much of an effort was made to correct anything else. We left a day early because we were so disappointed, though no one made any further effort to contact us about the issues. The other houses on the property might be nicer, but this one was not.
There was plenty of room it was quiet love the amenity of having a washer and dryer it was a little warm the air conditioner they had was not as well as you would like but other than that it was fabulous
Comfortable and located close to Blanding. Good Kitchen and bathrooms. One room had bunkbeds (Queens in the other two) which helped with our party of four. Internet was a problem and TV and Free Netflix didn't work because of internet issues. Good place to sleep and hang out for a minute after a day of exploring the beauty of San Juan County.
Cute little place. It’s old but has been cleaned up good. Adequate for what we needed.
This was a business trip and the bunkhouse worked well for my needs. I usually stay at a motel for these trips, but having the kitchen available was nice because Blanding only has one restaurant which is very expensive. The covered deck was nice. It took a bit of trial and error to figure out the television operation and I expect some people probable would not have been able to figure it out. Cable TV would have been better and simpler.
Great
We've stayed here several times and plan to be back
The property had everything me and my twin sons could possibly need as our base camp for hiking canyons in the area of the cabin. Price, amenities, comfort, location, and value are all here at this rental. My sons have already said they want to come back next October again.
We have stayed here before. Always well stocked kitchen Thanks for bringing extra fire wood
The 4x4 bunkhouse was our base while we explored the surrounding national parks and Manti LaSal National Forest. The check-in process went smoothly, and we found the house to be clean and well-stocked with all the basics. The setting was quiet and private. We hope to stay here again!
We had fun. We recommend Navajo tacos.
The only complaints I got from family staying there was about beds. One was hard with flat pillows, very uncomfortable. The master bed had plastic sheets under fabric sheets that made weird sounds as they tossed and turned at night.
Very basic accommodations but they did the job
We had deer practically join us for dinner the first night Having the use of a kitchen makes you feel at home, we stopped at the local grocery store and picked up a few things instead of eating out every meal
A great base camp for our daily explorations of the area. Close to so many great hikes and ruins. Well maintained and very clean. And the recliner couch is awesome!
