Terrace Lawn Cabin - Recently built cabin, 1/2 mile to Dreams Park, shared pool

We stayed at the Terrace Lawn cabin while in town at Dreams Park. The cabin is so close to the park it makes coming and going so quick which makes the whole week easier. You can even see the fields from the kitchen window. The cabin itself was perfect for 3 of us, we really enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porch. On the last night our ballplayer joined us and the pull out bed worked for him. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained cabin that is close to Dreams Park you aren’t going to find a better option.

Adorable updated cabin with exactly what you need. My son was playing baseball and my husband is a coach, it is literally across the street from DreamsPark (back entrance). The owners were helpful. It was clean, the bedding comfortable, the shower was lovely, plenty of fans, hooks for towels, and the screened in porch was a perfect place for a cup of coffee! Will certainly stay again in 3 years when my younger son comes!

Just arrived back from a great week at CDP. It cannot be understated the convenience of the location of this cabin. When your kid wants to come out for a bit from CDP you'll have him or her there in under 5-10 minutes - and access to the pool when they've been roasting in the barracks is priceless. Me, my wife, and my 14 yo daughter stayed the week and the size was perfect for us. The cabin was clean, well appointed, and had all the necessary amenities. The screened in porch was a great place to sit in the evenings and listen to the fans at the park right across the street. Owners were great and very responsive. If you don't mind a bit of a smaller place and looking for convenience - this is 100% a go to location.

We loved our stay in the terrace lawn cabin. It was spotless and so cozy! We loved sitting on the covered deck listening to the rain storms. We will definitely stay here again!

Check in was a breeze and the place was just as pictured. Everything was clean and had plenty of towels and bedding. The place is adorable and we loved the screened in porch. You can see the fireworks that they do for the championship game from the deck. Laundry on site was convenient and worked well. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it was clean and always looked inviting. If you are there to watch baseball this is the perfect place for you! Close to the fields and close to the small little grocery store just up the road. You will have everything that you need!

Stayed here for a week in July while my son played in Cooperstown. Cabin is just across the street from the main entrance of the ball fields. It is spotless inside and has everything you could need. Beds are comfortable and AC and ceiling fans were great as it was pretty hot when we were here. Loved having the washer and dyer just steps away and the pool was great for the kids! The owners were very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We were looking to stay close to Dreams Park and this was close. It would be walkable if Dreams Park allowed it. We were also less than 10 minutes from many great food options and maybe 15 minutes to downtown/The Hall of Fame. Our needs list included a king size bed and central AC. It was just myself and my husband and possibly a sibling. The sibling stayed home with family, but had he come this would have been even better as we would have utilized more of the extras. The shared pool was never busy, and it was big, great for a hot summer day. We enjoyed sitting in the front yard and listening to baseball in the distance. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee. The cabin was CLEAN, the AC was quiet and kept the cabin at the ideal temperature. The king size bed was so comfortable. Had my other son come, the twin would have been perfect for him as well. We never had any issues with getting the streaming TVs to work or with Wi-Fi connection. Check-in was a breeze, as was checkout. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Dreams Park. My only tips, the sun shines through a space between the shade and window frame. If you're a light sleeper like I am, bring a sleep mask and it won't be a problem. Truly an amazing week and the perfect place to stay!

The convenience of the location was superb for quick runs back and forth to the park. Perfect for a couple or one with a small child.
